We were helped but Eric Gokey and was absolutely phenomenal!!! He was courteous, kind, polite, knowledgeable, and took his time with us and we were there an LONG time… He wasn’t rushing us to make an he wasn’t rushing us to make a decision either way and he was more than happy for us to take our time! Any question we had, he knew the answer right off the top of his head…. He didn’t have to google it or ask a coworker. Great to see we still have service like this and employees who truly know their products in and out!

Defective Product
The sales person and the company were fine. I just don’t feel that it’s appropriate for me to be penalized for a product that wasn’t working properly in the first place. Not only did I lose over $500. I ended up spending another $1300 and I have one less chair than I started with.

I went in to order a kitchen set
I went in to order a kitchen set , a couch and a rug. I then went home and realized the rug would be to small so I called the associate I worked with. The store said he would call me back. After an hour he didn’t , so I called him again. He was short with me and I asked him to please credit my debit card for the rug. He said he would and I didn’t need to do anything. Well it’s now 4 days later and he did not credit the debit I used for the rug. I called the bank and they said there were no return even processed . I know have to dispute the claim with the bank. I will not be going into the Waterbury store to purchase anything again.
