From start to finish, salesperson, customer service and delivery was effortless.

The electronics on the couch broke about 30 days after delivery. It’s been six months and still no parts. I’m a very unhappy customer and would not recommend Raymour Flanagan to any friends and family!!!!!

The people we worked with were great

well- we had to wait almost 3 months for the replacement piece as the first chest of drawers was damaged. it was out of stock so it took a long time to get bck into stock. the delivery process was good. the delivery men wer courtious and prompt. good experience.

The salesperson Eric was not pushy and was able to blend into what I wanted from a salesperson vs. being pushy.

Nicole was so helpful and gave me my best option which was the least expensive. No hard sell.

Eric was well informed and provided great service. We wish there were more options for the size sofa we were looking for.

Kevin was very good in his job he very Polite I will recommend him for any Job

Excellent customer service. Our sales person Asia was very extremely helpful. I loved the quality of the merchandise, and the prices were very reasonable.

Guy was nice said part would be ordered and fixed got back nothing no call or email just a review about a repair that never happened..

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store. The customer service was poor from start to finish. My delivery was messed up not once, not twice, but three separate times. Each time I had to rearrange my schedule and take days off work, only for the delivery to go wrong again.

On top of that, I waited four months for an item that was supposed to be shipped, which is completely unacceptable. I was promised compensation for the time missed from work due to their delivery errors, but they did not follow through on what was offered. It feels like once they have your money, they stop caring about the inconvenience they cause.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but repeated issues combined with broken promises show a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend purchasing from this location.

Lucy was extremely pleasant and helpful.. this is the second time we've bought furniture from her and though right now i don't need any more i would truly recomend her to anyone i know looking for furniture

I went in to the Waterbury store to purchase a mattress. Francisco our salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable and we found what we liked pretty quickly, We decided we would also buy a new bedframe and added that to our order and paid. Delivery was confirmed for Thursday (3 days later)
Wednesday we received a text from the delivery company confirming our delivery time window. Thursday we received another text adjusting the time by an hour.
An hour after we were told the furniture would be delivered, I called the store to confirm delivery and was told they had no idea and they have nothing to do with the delivery company)
It turns out the delivery company went to pick up the bedframe this morning and noticed there were parts missing which was never communicated to me or the store. I called the store and after a frustrating conversation cancelled the entire order as there was no way they could guarantee delivery of the mattress and frame and they have no communications with the delivery company.
I spoke with a manager and cancelled the order as I could get no firm and honest answers as to when they could confirm I would get my full refund -They told me about 10 days! Very frustrating, very disappointing and I sadly will never set foot in a Raymour and Flanagan store again.
Poor management, poor communication, promises broken, no customer service after taking your money,

Lucy DeJesus was very helpful. We are not moved into our new home yet. She understood what we were looking for and gave us the best price that was available. We would definitely go back to Lucy if we need anything else once we move in.

Sales person very knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions

Salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Also, he did not pressure me to make a decision right away on the mattress I was considering.
