EASY PURCHASE
EASY PURCHASE. My salesman was Mike. He listened to what I was interested in and showed me living room furniture that he thought I would like. I then said that I wanted to see what else was available and I walked around the showroom with no pressure from the sales staff. Mike was patient as I narrowed it to 2 sets and answered all my questions. He even asked about the possibility of special ordering an ottoman. I finally decided on a set and he did the cost out for me. Then we went to the service desk so I could pay and selected a delivery date. Adam finalized the transaction and Mike worked through it to the end. This was the second purchase that I have made with Raymour & Flanigan, but I'll beat it won't be the last.
Thanks for making the process so easy.

Hector was my sales associate
Hector was my sales associate. He was extremely comfortable to work with and answered every question I asked. He didn't hesitate a moment. He was very knowledgeable of furniture on the floor, as well as every aspect of purchase. I will look for him on my visits to the showroom.
