David Fernandez was extremely helpful during our visit to the store, providing us with information and guidance on available pieces. He made shopping for furniture a pleasure.

We picked out the living room on a previous visit. The visit yesterday was quick and fast. Saw the same salesperson and she wrote up the order and we were happy with another purchase.

Courteous service throughout. Knowledgable salesperson who was attentive and eager to help us, along with being patient with us and having a friendly personality. Felt at ease in the store and able to browse freely while asking a lot of questions. An excellent overall experience.

Working with Rebecca was absolutely wonderful! She was well-informed and very helpful. I will definitely return to buy more furniture when I’m ready, and I will contact her in advance so we can work with her again. We are excited to get our new sectional! We had a fantastic experience! The showroom is gorgeous!

On the same day of delivery our table was cracked and chipped. I submitted a claim the same day with pictures provided (twice) and no one has replied even though it said I should hear back in 48-72 hours. I tried calling and the hold time is so long it’s unbearable. I requested for a call back to avoid waiting and no one calls me back. Horrible customer service!

The chair's were just what I was looking for. Good price on sale. They came right on time

I only needed one night stand and the Outlet lets you buy only what you need. Last year I went to buy a bed for my guest room and found a dresser and small cabinet on the way out. I have been shopping here for years,

Evelyn, welcomed us and took us upstairs. She was knowledgeable and recommended the best sofa bed sectional. She was patient and gave us space and time to check out the other sofas. At the end, we bought what she recommended as it was our best choice.
