My saleswoman, Thea, was nothing short of amazing. She is accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and delightful. I am glad I had the opportunity to work with her to purchase a beautiful credenza.

Buyer BEWARE- the company lied to me repeatedly on a delivery of a mattress and also on the reviews or the mattresses -

A standard response when late for a delivery is “they are at the stop before you”. I heard that when they were 3 towns away- then they told me the delivery truck was having problems and it had never left the warehouse. On the 4th call it was back to theyre at the stop before you.

I took the morning off work to get a delivery and it turned into a full day off work and multiple untrustworthy communications from Raymour and Flannigan.

I am very dissatisfied. They owe me compensation for the additional 1/2 day of pay that cost me - for waiting for an extra 3 hours a total of 7 hours The delivery window was 4 hours- they are completely liars.

I was dreading shopping for a new chair. I selected your store based on your good reputation and was not disappointed. Dan Mulhern made it a pleasant and successful experience. He took the time to understand what I needed and found many chairs for my choice. There was no pressure to make a sale. His friendly and professional attitude was refreshing. I had a great experience when I visited the store on 12-3-22. On that date I was told the furniture would be available 12-5-22 but when I went to return to the store on 12-8-22; I was told the furniture would not be available until the end of the month. I felt it would have been better customer service to let me know that information when I first inquired about delivery on 12-2-22

Store is very clean with lots of furniture to look at. Plenty of sales people to help you as soon as you walk in.

I came in to buy only a pillow. I was greeted promptly and professionally by Dana. I explained what I was looking for, she gave me several options, no pressure, I made my selection and was out in a jiffy.

Just hope furniture is just as reliable!

On several occasions, Siobhan, in the Norwalk store, has helped me select furniture and lighting for my home. She has always gone above and beyond what you would expect from a store representative. Her professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness are exceptional. It is always a pleasure to work with her.

The bed was delivered, but installers could not install it.
The new install team is set to come back, but parts of bed were mishandeled. Now we have to wait another 7 weeks for the bed

Always a pleasurable experience shopping at Raymour and Flanigan Norwalk CT - Started with Grace and then Tatiana helped with the final sale - Wonderful staff.
My concern is with the delivery times on the sectional - purchased last week which gave 8-12 weeks for delivery. Updated yesterday stated projected to be delivered 4 months from date of purchase. I hope Raymour can make good on the delivery -

wish delivery time was faster, but with the global backlog just have to wait
