This is our 4th purchase with R&F. Each and every time we have been there it has been a pleasurable experience. Your sales staff is exceptional. This time we had Victor Guasp. He was down to earth, not pushy and very entertaining! He was straight forward and to the point. My husband stated he was going to LAZBOY and he said feel free but I think you will be back and we did come back. He knew his product. Your delivery service is by far the best, quick and easy but professional. If we need anything again, we will be back!

A good experience
Eileen Green walked me to the bed I wanted. She was very friendly and informative. But it was up to me to choose what I wanted. I loved the daybed I bought. I kept looking around because all their furniture looked so nice.

False advertising
I went on line to price our desired choice and entered delivery information and it indicated 3 day delivery was available. When we went to the store to make the purchase we were told we had to wait seven days and delivery was only available on sundays in our area. If I could have located a similar set elsewhere I would have. This is clear false advertising
