We came in looking to upgrade our mattress. We had an idea of what we wanted and our salesperson Carole Denison priced a couple of options and when we asked if there was anything comparable but less expensive she went to one other associate (sorry but I can’t remember his name only that he was very well versed in mattresses) He recommended the mattress we ended up loving and Carole was lovely during the whole transaction!!! And we get our new mattresses this week!

Our advisor was wonderful!
Our advisor, Mercedes, at the Middletown NY store was fabulous. Listened to what we were looking for and understood our likes and dislikes. Spent a considerable amount of time with us looking for just the right furnniture. She was extremely helpful, courteous, and not pushy at all. It is for this reason that we bought two sets of furniture from her. We will be back when we're ready to redo the next room!

As soon as I walked in and was greeted by Christopher who was so helpful. I explained what I was looking for and he took me to a couch that I basically described exactly! He was knowledgeable about all the features and wasn’t pushy at all. He also showed me other options based on my description but I ended up buying the first couch he showed me. The buying process was quick and easy and I’m waiting for my delivery on the 1st! Great experience at this store.

Great experience
Great experience. Seaman was wonderful, no pressure just was there to answer questions. He told us what was in stock and although I was worried I really didn’t get my furniture in 3 days. Delivery was on time.

we told her what we were looking for, she showed us around the store. We felt no pressure to make a purchase, but we found the perfect TV console and a unique painting
