I was told that I would receive a call about the delivery, either the night before or in the morning. I never received a call

I would give absolutely no stars
I would give absolutely no stars! It took a month after I was a told a few days. We hit was finally in I was told to pick up by 7, arrived at 6:30 and was told they left for the day and I couldn’t get it. I would be more understanding but the woman working at the lake grove store was so rude and lying to my face telling me pickups have to be done by 6

Excellent experience
Excellent experience, sales person was patient, informative and personable. Connected with my husband and I. Our goal was to purchase a bed and perhaps shop around for a sofa set. We purchased both.
