Poor customer service when there was a problem.
Called Store after unboxing item. There is noticible bubbling in the surface. The veneer isn't wood,it's contact vinyl. The store wants me to load this back up, drive 45 mins to the store, unload,then reload and hope this one is good when I get home. All the while I do not have a bedframe. Where is the customer service. Now I m stuck with a bedframe that looks like CRAP.

Harry was a great salesman, came up and helped us out right away and told us about different areas in the store to look at different things
The experience was great walked into the store and gentleman came up to us very nice. His name was Harry. He explained us different prices on couches and sets. It was a lot of help nice man and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Salesman was nice manager who worked with us was nice. Little brat girl behind the counter was nasty. When we came up she was short and nasty to the sales person. I noticed it right off. She then got nasty and short with me when we were dealing with credit. She has no business dealing with the public, not a nice girl. Would stop me from going in there again, would not want to deal with her
