Great customer service. All of our questions were answered, and it was extremely helpful.

What made my experience great was Rob Campbell in your Henrietta store. My husband and I were apprehensive about purchasing a mattress, we put it off far too long. We intended on going to a few mattress stores after our first stop at R&F. We didn't need to. Rob provided us all the information we needed and the showroom had all the various styles of mattresses we could ever want to try. I told Rob he prevented us from needing to go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable, personable and no pressure. He even drove the bed frame to our house as we failed to check our Queen frame to see if it could handle a king! It was the experience we didn't think we would have. All due to Rob.

Was able to look on-line and then find what I was looking for in the store. Zero pressure experience. The only thing I have to complain about is that my name is spelled wrong even though I spelled it for him.

I knew what I wanted fromusing the interrnet. He found it and sold it to me without trying to sell me something else. It was a MOST pleasant buying experience and I will now go there to buy something else which I would not have thought of your store when I was going to buy a mattress.

Order was placed over a week ago. I still didn't get a call to set up the delivery

Bought a full over twin bunk bed and upon opening the head board box the head board was broken. We were told that we would have to wait for 2 weeks for someone to come out and see it. Sept 5th came around and wife stayed home but no one showed up. I called and left a message and wasn't happy about the poor attitude that Henrietta Raymour had like they didn't care. Still no one has called back so we don't know what's going on except the boys are sleeping on the mattress on the ground because they have no bed.

Your Raymour sales associate Kaylee was outstanding. Kaylee took time to listen to all our concerns, she listened to what types of mattresses and couch we were looking for, our price range, and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She went well above and beyond what a normal sale associate would do. We look forward to shopping at Raymour&Flanigan again.
