I have purchased beds, end tables, night stand, Kitchen table, and the latest is living room outfit. With each purchase I shop around. But, I keep coming back "home". From their quality and selection to the customer service this store can not be beat! A couple weeks ago I had a furniture set delivered that just didn't work out for me and they made the exchange smooth as butter! Thank you to my Raymour family! (The one improvement I would suggest is not to advertise next day delivery, because it's not available to a lot of people in the country!)

Salesman was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience.

No pressure but attention when we needed it. Our sales person Rob was so nice and remembered us right off from the day before. Didn’t push or rush our decision.

I called and spoke to Rob Campbell early in the day to see if there was an ottoman that I had been looking for to match my furniture and told him we were in Rochester and I would love to buy a floor model if they had one available.
After looking he said they did so we went right over to pick it up.
Very accommodating, friendly and quick!

We were there for a mattress “reselect” the manager Chris? Was fantastic!! He showed us three mattress in our price range. He also took in to account our sleep habits!

Great salesperson. Considering how much furniture costs delivery should be free or much lower. We chose to pick up because of that. Love products being sold very much.

Ordered Purple mattress and it was delivered next day with white glove service including disposable of old mattress. No issues along with great price and finance terms.

Professional and Attentive

Even though the couch we went there to see wasn’t in stock — chatbot in Wilkes Barre Pa had said it was — we were so well taken care of by Anthony. He had an enormous knowledge of the stock, and he was able to find us what we wanted and in the preferred color. It was a busy time and we were lucky to have Anthony take care of us.

Sales representative was very professional and cordial. Greeted me nicely at the door without feeling like i was being "attacked".

Item of interest was a special order, which she acknowledged she did not fully know how to process. She quickly found an associate to assist in the transaction.

Appreciated she did not try to do something she was not sure of vs. brining in the colleague.

Sha is such a friendly and knowledgeable salesman! He made the experience very good.

Pretty easy to navigate and find things.
