All the ladies at the checkout area and our sales lady were amazing! I’m so happy they were there!

Went to the store and got exactly what I wanted. Nick’s information was extremely helpful
The personal in the store was courteous kind and helpful. It wasn’t a problem to use multiple payment methods which I was very grateful for.

Steve was a great salesperson. Very helpful and not pushy.

The person that helped me pick out amazing furniture was Joy she did amazing job and told us all about the quality of the furniture we got. Joy helped a lot.

The sales Rep was very respectful and allowed me to browse with out feeling pressured.

Sales representative Howard Goodman was excellent. Helped me get all the furniture I needed in a timely matter right before the store was closing!

David was an absolute pleasure, he went above and beyond to help me with finding the correct couch with the measurements I need to fit in an upstairs living room, he was so patient ( unlike my husband) and really very kind. I can’t wait to buy something else, I will only want David to help me

the service was fast, efficient and informative. the delivery was the next day.

Our salesman, Steven Grossman , was amazing. He remembered us from previous visits and what we were looking for. His knowledge of the stock was complete and he was able to answer all our questions. An easy process for us.

I ordered a full size bedroom set from raymour Flanigan and I called them cause the matters that I bought from them doesn’t fit into my bed frame and they told me that that’s the way it is. I told them every bedroom set that I have purchased never had such a huge gap that you can see the wood of the frame. I’m not happy with their response so I will be returning this item. Their agent told me that it’s suppose to look like that even after showing him pictures

I suspect this will go into a black hole and won't result in any comment or attempt to provide some consideration for what transpired with this recent purchase. However, for my benefit it is important to express my severe disappointment. On 8/14/23 I purchased a new couch (Customer #BEKIK84151). Total inclusive cost $3,019.67. What followed was this: Delivery made, couch defective, service visit, couch replaced, couch defective, service visit. Went to store and complained. Wanted a refund but all RF allowed was a "reselect". Back to the store and met with one of the store managers (first name Rich). Picked out a new couch (not in stock have to await two weeks ??). Ended with $800+store credit. Was told had to use that credit before new couch delivered otherwise would be charged a delivery charge on purchase with the store credit. So much for customer loyalty. I have purchased over the past 15-20 years, couches, tables, mattresses and God knows what else from RF. So I'm upset, in fact, pissed. At the very least I would have thought the store manager would have offered some kind of credit to this purchase for what my wife and I had to go through. God only knows when this third couch arrives will there be a problem. And then to be told that if you don't use the $800+ store credit BEFORE the new couch you will be charged a delivery fee on any subsequent purchase. I know that when people have a good experience with a retailer they will tell X number of people about that experience. When they have a bad experience they will tell five times as many people. I hope that someone at RF actually reads this although I am doubdtful.

Purchased a new sofa, Farmingdale location. Rosanne Rush was wonderful. Professional, warm, non aggressive. I give her 10 stars out of 5 !!!
