The salesman was very knowledgeable and the material was available within three days of delivery and the cost and discounts were fair

Theresa was knowledgeable & patient regarding decisions of re-selecting another couch after a not so great experience with the one we already purchased a year ago. She was conversational & put us at ease. We finally decided on a suitable replacement & look forward to the delivery.

Mo the salesman was wonderful. Very helpful, patient and knew the merchandise well. He is kind and offered suggestions that demonstrated he listens well. A very pleasurable experience.

Second time we've purchased furniture from Fatima. She's extremely polite and professional, and just a pleasure to deal with!!

I have delt with Michael before. He is very nice. I like the amount of variety there is to pick from.

This review is reflective of both the service that I received as well as the quality of product.

I recently ordered a couch from this Raymour and it was delivered today. To my surprise, I came home to find out that the delivery drivers who delivered my couch refused to put on shoe covers or accommodate in any way. My home is a shoeless home. Unfortunately, I was not home to accept the delivery or else I would have refused it.

I called the store to complain because not only is this against my religion, but now I need to make arrangements for my home to be cleansed and caused damage to my stair treads, there is a black stain that won’t come out (see attached photo). When I called I was told that for insurance purposes they cannot cover or remove their shoes. I was also told that with advance notice they can bring cloths but otherwise that is their policy.

The reason for the bad review is because this is absolutely ridiculous and this should be told to everyone when an order is placed. This is not information that is only disclosed after the fact. I have had workers deliver washing machines, dryers, and other large/heavy items and they ALL accommodated as they should. When entering into someone else’s home you need to show respect. This was a violation to me and my home and I am disgusted.

The person I talked to over the phone insincerely apologized and just kept repeating the “policy” and was completely tone deaf.

Oh, and my couch arrived with damage, so there’s that too.

I have been buying furniture from you for the last 20 years. I have never been more satisfied from my buying experience.Its always a pleasure and your products hold up.And you stand behind them.

This was the second time I was getting my ottoman serviced for the wheel being defective. They have ripped open and reattached the liner twice already and it still does not operate correctly. At this point a new one should be offered! They are coming back yet again!

If I can give them no star, I would!! we purchased a five piece fabric sectional last May and have had pieces already replaced the fabric pills, pulls, and tears. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service since January via email via a phone calls via text messages… No one from customer service gets back to you… This couch is under a year old and we paid a lot of money for it yet they don’t seem to care.

We recently worked with Roberta from customer service regarding a button that ripped on a sectional we purchased about a year ago from the White Plains location. She was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and very attentive throughout the entire process. She was truly an absolute pleasure to deal with — such a kind soul. It feels great knowing that this issue will be properly taken care of. We’re very grateful for her outstanding service.

I had a difficult time finding a number to call for fixing my recliner. Too many choses to find the correct person to speak to. But after being connect I had a very nice representative that walked me through everything

The product broke within the first 5 months. Called and spoke with someone that gave me the number to call to have it fixed. I called them, nobody answered. Left a message for them to call me. Nobody ever called me back. Did this 3 times. Nobody ever callled me back so I drove out to the store where I bought it. They called the place that does the repairs and a day later, they called me back. Took a week for someone to show up at my house just for them to tell me they have to order a part. Been waiting a few weeks and I haven't heard a word from them.
