Steve is the best

Donna was wonderful!!! She took her time wit us n really made things very easy for me. She is extremely pleasant and helpful. I will be back to deal with Donna again.

The large back pillow came with a hole from a tagging gun that they used to attach tags. Very noticeable and I’m very unhappy that my new couch came this way. I also have another piece on its way and I was told it too will have those tags. Which means another hole.

Excellent customer service. Great furniture. Quick shipping.

Michael Lerner is a real professional. He was helpful and did an excellent job helping us decide which bed would work best for us. I also want to mention the professionalism of the gentleman at the checkout; he was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Overall we had a great experience and will continue to work with Michael Lerner with any furniture and bedding needs.

I actually visited the store because I found a trundle day bed on the website and wanted to see if it was on display. It so happened it wasn’t but the salesman was very helpful in answering my questions. The bed was going to my vacation home in PA and I needed to measure the space once I got there before placing the order. Once I knew the bed would fit I called up and placed my order. The whole transaction was very easy and fast.

We bought a sofa and loveseat. Our salesman, Sal was very good. But the price we paid was $350 higher than the price we were quoted just 3 weeks ago. Also, we won't be getting one piece for 4 weeks, and the other in 6 weeks. The company should be doing better than that when customers are paying full retail prices.

Salesman Steve Ashkenazy was great. I walked in and he helped me immediately. I was in/out under 30 minutes.

As usual found what we were looking for and was promised delivery in about a week later. What else needs to be said expect outstanding service.

From the minute I walked in to the minute I left, I was very well taken care of. Toni, the salesperson, immediately greater me at the door. She listened to everything I had to say and then we headed to the mattress department. There happened to be a rep on site from one of the mattress firms who also listened to my concerns/complaints with my current mattress and other physical ailments that I have. A mattress has been picked out and possibly an adjustable frame. As soon as I know what will happen with my current mattress, I’m hoping to move forward with getting a new mattress and adjustable frame.

The manager was awesome helping us with the exchange of our defective chair. Seemless transaction.

My consultant Ray Fernandez made this shopping experience for bedroom furniture so easy. He was so knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store, listened to what I would be interested in seeing and there was no pressure to look at or by something I didn’t like
