Max in the Exton pa store was so nice and helpful

Adrian Casiano in Exton, PA is the most professional and attentive consultant ever! He listened to our needs, showed us options in our price range. Absolutely no sales pressure. Followed up after delivery to see if we were happy. I am now a huge fan of Raymour and Flanigan because of him. He is an excellent representative of your company. I would encourage anyone nervous about dealing with “salespeople” to ask for him. You will be very pleased.

This review is for the sales associate that assisted me with my purchase. Rachid Moufti greeted myself and my daughter as we entered the Exton location, as we browsed he checked on us to make sure we were not lacking in service throughout our visit and was very attentive and knowledgeable with any questions I had, he did this with high energy and a friendly welcoming demeanor that was not a high pressure tactic you may find elsewhere, he was genuinely looking into my needs and also mindful of my budget which was refreshing...no upsale attempts. Rachid gave us a great experience and it was much appreciated, all around best sales experience I've had at any dealer be it furniture, cars,etc. I'm looking at purchasing more furniture and bedding in the near future and I'll be returning to the Exton location based on this experience, we had a minor mix-up during checkout due to system error which I wouldn't have caught and would have had to return to the store for paperwork purposes, he stayed with us through the whole process at the customer service/billing station and made sure we didn't leave until it was cleared up saving me from possible future aggravation and that was solely due to his diligence and triple checking every aspect of the purchase process. Dana was great as well through the billing process, very friendly and helpful. I have over 20 years experience in furniture making and repair so I know what I'm looking at and what I'm getting for the price and I'm fine with what Raymour has to offer and that's why I'm reviewing my shopping experience instead of the product, I'm sure I'll be happy with it. The staff was friendly and was able to show us what we were looking at throughout the store. We were shopping with our 7 and 9 year olds so it was nice to have someone that was quick and friendly.

I bought a Reverie Adjustable Bed platform at Raymour & Flanagan along with a platinum protection plan. I had asked for a Tempurpedic platform, but was urrged to switch to the Reverie by the salesperson. The platform stopped working after 2 years. I had to wait a week for a service call. That problem was fixed, then three months later the platform stop working again. I had to wait a week for someone to show up. They told me the problem was with the remote and the gave me a used remote that worked sporadically, and is now not working at all. I called 11 days ago and was told they would order a new remote. I called again today and was told they never ordered it, so I now have to wait for the remote, after which I have to set up an appointment for someone to come to my house to program it. In short, I still don't have a working platform and don't expect to fer serveral more weeks. This may or may not be typical of Reverie platforms, but it convinces me to stay away from Raymour & Flanagan. Raymour pushes what seem to be inferior products and their service is awful. We will never shop there again.

We were looking for an accent chair and we were able to find one we liked. Someone wrapped it up for us. When we got it home we found that the legs were loose so my husband had to tighten them. I didn’t appreciate that the sales woman acted like I was making a bad decision to not take the warranty. She also spelled my name incorrectly.

Shopped for a mattress and was guided through the process by our salesperson, Lisa Morgan Shields. We took our time and chose a nice mattress. We are very satisfied with our experience at Raymour’s. We bought our den furniture at Raymour’s, we were satisfied and returned for the mattress. We will shop at Raymour’s in the future.

The salesman, Steve gave me all the time I needed to try each mattress and explain the differences of each mattress.

I had a great experience at the Raymour and Flanigan in Exton! The sales representative Lisa was wonderful to work with and helped us find our new couch and ottoman. She sent updates on when the furniture would arrive and made sure we had the best delivery service. I highly recommend asking for Lisa at the front door!

Katie Walton was our consultant, she heard what we were looking for and helped find a great piece that was custom ordered. We felt very confident through the whole process that went very smoothly. We look forward to watching many Eagles Super Bowls on our new sectional.
