furniture scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (Saturday), Just received a call stating one piece of furniture is damaged and cannot be delivered. I contacted the dispatch facility and he said it wasn't there fault. He instructed me to call the store (exton). I called the store and she stated it wasn't their fault either. Now I will only receive one piece tomorrow and I have to take off work on Monday since I won't know my four hour time window until Sunday night. Very inconvenient and zero empathy from the staff

I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with customer service at the Exton store. I spoke with Jonathan, whose behavior was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. His tone was condescending, and he showed no willingness to assist or resolve the issue.
This level of disrespect is completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role. Interactions like this reflect very poorly on your organization and are the reason customers lose trust and take their business elsewhere.
I strongly recommend that this situation be addressed immediately. No customer should be treated this way, and employees representing your company should be held to a much higher standard of professionalism and basic courtesy.

You Can't Go Wrong with R&F
We don’t shop anywhere else because we always find what we want at R&F. I’m leaving off 1 star - their bookshelf offerings have become dismal. I get it - everyone reads eBooks these days, but there are plenty of GenXrs out there with sizable book collections who still like buying hardcovers.

Customer service is good
Customer service is good, but needs more follow up on deliveries and damaged furniture. I had to keep calling to find out where my bed was and when delivered damaged, needed to once again follow up numerous times for exchange. Really like their furniture.
