Nice guy,quick and easy shopping trip witch is what I wanted

Katie at Sleep Number in Exton, PA was amazing. After purchasing a sofa earlier, we were thrilled to have her assistance when we decided to buy the matching love seat. She took the time to explain the payment options and guided us through the financing process. Although the initial financing didn’t work out, Katie was there to help us when we were ready to make the purchase months later. Since it was a special order, it took a little while to arrive, but Katie kept us updated throughout the process. The love seat is now a beautiful addition to our living room, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend her!

Katie was very knowledge with recommending the furniture that we were looking for. She was very pleasant and nice to work with. She made our purchase easy to make.

Rachid Moufti from the Exton PA store was phenomenal during our recent purchase of a Nectar mattress and adjustable base. He was helpful without being overwhelming. Super knowledgeable and patient. We highly recommend him!!

This incident occurred in the spring of 2021. My husband and I came to the store in Exton, PA looking for a sectional for our living room. I found one I liked and requested a larger ottoman in a different color but in the same material as the sectional. This was my individual style preference. The associate responded, " But that one doesn't match." I purchased two matching ottomans just to accommodate the size I wanted but it was not the color I wanted. In hindsight, I feel the associate was completely out of line. He refused to show me the other ottoman. I really did not want a matching ottoman, I was going for a different look. I literally cover my ottomans with things because I wanted to break up the continous color throughout the room. All furniture DOES NOT have to match. If I were to do it all over again, I would have said "Thank you, there's nothing here for me." I would have left and simply ordered what I really wanted online because it is totally possible to order a sectional without the matching ottomans online. There's a section online to purchase ottomans separately. The associate would have lost the commission for the sale and I would have been completely satisfied with my purchase. In the future, I will not return to this location even though it's less than 10 miles from my home. I will make all future purchases from a different company altogether. They have lost a loyal customer because of a bully associate.

Our salesperson, Heidi, was wonderful to work with. No pressure, no hype.

WE HAVE BOUGHT EVERYTHING IN OUR HOME FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS FRO RAYMOUR &FLFNIGAN. WE WERE ALWAYS COMPLETELY SATISFIEED. WE JUST UPDATE OUR MATTRESSES AND THEY WERE DELIVERED YESTERDAY(11-07-2024) THE DELVERY WAS RIGHT ON TIME ,THE TWO DELVERY MAN REFUSED TO PUT BOOTIES ON AND WOULD NOT TAKE THEIR SHOES OFF THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND MADE ME AND MY MOTHER IN LAW VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! WE WILL GO BACK TO THEM AND BUY AGAIN NOT LETTING ONE BAD EXPERIENCE RUIN 20 YEARS OF GOOD BUSINESS......

Raymour & Flanigan has great people working in their establishments. When I first called, I saw a really nice living room set, and I and I spoke with a great representative that was located in New Jersey. As a result, she asked what R&F location was near me, and I told her Exton in PA. The Rep transferred me to that store and I spoke with AC. AC made an appointment so my husband and I could come in to see this furniture. AC has always communicated excellent with my husband and I. Once we arrived to our appointment with AC,
my husband and I had the "BEST" experience with AC! AC listened very careful to our needs that gave us a "Great Experience." We initially came to purchase a living room set. However, I started asking questions because we need top quality furniture that led my husband and I to get a great kitchen set, and a top of the line mattress (sleep number is so awful for body support). Because of AC knowledge and listening skills, he took the time to make sure that our needs were being met for what we were purchasing. Thereafter, AC took the time to find great discounts for us to lock in, based on the great store's excellent promotions! AC wasn't there to rush us, or to make a quick sale. We feel that AC is there to ensure that he was providing us with great customer salesmanship! AC is 100%!

Christina was a wonderful sales consultant. Knew what I was looking for and veered me toward it.

We bought a faux leather recliner sofa and purchased 5 year warranty too (Always do that). After a year the peeling started and the frame broke at places. We called Raymour & Flanigan. They sent in the maintenance guy who fixed the frame and glued the peeling faux leather using a heat gun. After another coupe months the frame broke again. This time the maintenance guy fixed it well and it didn't break for another 3 years but the faux leather kept on peeling away. After 4.5 years of purchase we called Ramour and Flannigan and told them that its just too worn out. They told us that they will replace this sofa with any sofa of our choice because we had the warranty. We were very happy that we got a brand new fabric sofa instead and were also glad that we had purchased the warranty at the beginning. Overall, the customer satisfaction was very good.

I ordered furniture to be delivered today. The delivers were not able to do it, due to space. The couch wouldn't fit into door...sometimes living in a NYC apartment can be challenging.
Anyhoo they informed me instead of a couch, I will need a loveseat. We'll I was transferred to A.C. and let me just say if I EVER need to purchase anything else at R and F that will be my guy.
Hands down he figured out what I needed with options. He was compassion and patient. I just can't say enough...omggg thank you R and F for hiring him. A.C. you are the BEST!!
