Andrea was great at Raymour & Flanigan
Andrea was great. She was patient, attentive and knowledgeable in our shopping for a bed. We thought it would be better to shop in store then purchase a mattress on line and Raymour & Flanigan has good quality items.

Opposite of Customer Care
After choosing a very soft, cozy couch in the store, I was shocked when I received a rock hard couch that felt like I was sitting on cement. I went into the store the next day to look at that same couch again and was met by such a rude man who "dressed the part" but forgot what matters most is how you treat people, not if your tie matches. I asked what the return policy was and he abruptly told me there is NO return unless damaged. I walked over to the couch I THOUGHT I bought, which again was soft and very cozy. He went on to tell me that it has been there for 5 years and it is very broken in!
I asked why there was no mention to me at time or purchase and he again abruptly stated "I don't know who your salesperson was". I replied, don't you all go through same training? Would you have told me?
He had zero interest in helping me solve a problem. And had he responded with something like, I'm so sorry you were misled, and actually acted like he cared, like it mattered at all, I would have felt a little better. I mentioned that this store always tries to throw BOB'S FURNITURE (right down the road) under bus, by acting like they are less than. But he just replied "we aren't Bob's". I KNOW .. because they treat people with respect and kindness and I actually have returned a couch from there years ago when it just didn't look right in my space and they asked no questions, just took it back and I happily bought something else with them. THAT is how you treat customers.
I don't know what got into me walking into this store. I should have driven just a mile down the road and avoided this disrespect and ROCK HARD couch completely.
Oh well, I guess my couch will be nice in 5 YEARS!!!
Steer clear, it's basically bait and switch.

I purchased a sectional and swivel chair in April. Andrea was our consultant.
She was professional and extremely helpful.
I brought in the layout of the room and she gave us her advise and guidance as to what would be appropriate for the room. She helped with color and size.
She had the patience of a saint because I had no clue of what I needed. Thank God for her experience and professionalism . She communicated with us occasionally until it was delivered. It was truly a great experience

I had a 4 year old mattress that I…
I had a 4 year old mattress that I HATE!
I was in the Brookfield store in 8/1 and Andrea was amazingly helpful and made sure I was getting what I needed/wanted. Andrea kept my price point in mind as well and I was so grateful. As I left they scheduled me for delivery the next morning. 8/2 at 7:30 AM I got a call and had my new mattress in by 7:45 AM! Very professional, courteous and helpful! I’m so very pleased!

I received some discount discounts, which I appreciate appreciated. I was in and out in 20 minutes and got myself a new mattress which is being delivered on Wednesday.
