Easy transaction
Easy transaction. I was able to call into this location and Mike the manager was able to complete my order in less than 15 Mina without a problem. I've never had a problem with Raymour and Flanigan.

Pleasant experience

Easy Shopping Experience
Anna greeted us and was very helpful in guiding us to the pieces we were interested in. She took her time showing us dining room chairs, consoles and sectionals. She was kind, friendly and courteous. I bought an Othello couch and they offered a $25 discount on the purchase via email but they did not honor it I will be canceling the couch upon delivery but I'm going to wait for the delivery people to arrive before

Professional and knowledgeable
Had the pleasure of working with Rasheen at the Brookfield location. What a great experience; Rasheen was extremely patient, courteous, and professional. He was also extremely knowledgeable and provided a great deal of expertise. Also, Josie in financing was absolutely fabulous and so helpful, she was transferring to a new location and they will be lucky to have her. I am so grateful for this experience!!
