The salespeople at Raymour were very helpful and friendly but not pushy. Rene helped us when we walked in. She showed us what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. The next day I called to purchase what we had looked at. Rene was not available but Mercedes stepped in to help us. She was also very friendly and helpful. She informed us that because Rene had originally helped us- they would split the commission which I thought was fair.
I have purchased several pieces of furniture here and have always been happy with my purchases. I believe your quality is higher than other stores in our area.

In less than 15 minutes I bought 2 recliner chairs, my type of shopping! Allan was terrific!!

Mohammed listen to what I said and found my style on the second showing of a sofa. He was very easy to talk to.

I made at least 3 trips to the store before I made a decision. Conrad was so very helpful and patient. He was able to answer many of my questions. I was always greeted by an employee and made to feel very welcome.

I ordered the chair on line. You charged my credit card and I have heard nothing about when I will get my chair or its status.

Allan always treats us fairly, delivery prompt, repeat customer...

I knew what I wanted when I visited the store so that part was seamless. When the item was delivered, it was missing the hardware to put it together. I finally got great answers when I contacted the store (after telling the person from the delivery area that I was done with Raymour!). The item went on sale a week or two after my purchase so that didn't make me very happy to not get the lower price). The two delivery gentlemen were great and personable. I do like the Ferrier trundle bed. It fit my needs and for the price is a good purchase.

The salesperson, Phil, was pleasant and helpful. We weren't able to get delivery in 3 days as the furniture wasn't in stock. However it was available in a couple of weeks as promised. Delivery was on time and the delivery people were courteous and very efficient. We love the furniture. Are pleased start to finish!

I will never buy from here again, had a terrible experience. We purchased a sectional, TV console, coffee table, end table, and a custom order rug 8X10 in July. We told our sales lady we couldn’t have it delivered until end of October or maybe November due to we are in the process of finishing our basement. She told us it wouldn’t be an issue. I got many calls for delivery 2-3 x a month harassing me for a delivery date and every time I told them we weren’t ready. I was told in a not so nice way many times that my order was in but they couldn’t guarantee it would be there when I was ready as they would steal my furniture I ordered to fulfill other orders. I asked them not to. We had some delays in construction due to Covid but was ready for delivery in the beginning of November, when I called they said Not all my pieces were there and they had to reorder them which put my deliver date to November 23rd, and they also told me the rug was delivered to our house a few months ago. We never received the rug and we were not told it was getting shipped directly to our house. They had to reorder the rug which they told me would be here by the 23rd. The morning of my delivery I got a call stating a piece of my sectional was damaged and had to be reordered. As you can imagine I was not happy as I needed the complete set by thanksgiving. The manager did waive the delivery charge and said the piece couldn’t be delivered any sooner than a week. I told him that was not acceptable and he actually found one in another warehouse and got it delivered by the 25th. I did ask if the rug was in the truck for the 23rd delivery the manager said yes (he lied to my face). When I got the delivery no rug! I called back and the manager said he actually forgot to order it. I had enough and cancelled the rug order. So now for the second delivery on the 25th, the two delivery kids were very nice but could tell they were young and inexperienced. I was right they scratched my walls going down the basement stairs. Two huge lines going down the stairwell walls not just surface scratches but in the wall deep scratches. They were apologetic but and took pictures and but it in the report, said someone would call to come fix it. Needless to say I am not happy with my experience at all. I spent a lot of money with your company but never again!!

The salesman really worked with us and his boss to give us the best deal they could. Very informative about the product we were looking at. They did a good job because we came to the store to buy a mattress pad and came out with 2 pieces of furniture too!!

Jonathon was very helpful and was very courteous. He put up with me changing my mind a few times on my couch selection, but didn't break a sweat.

Conrad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

My salesman is Conrad Caballero. He is always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist me in working out a plan within my budget. We have been customers of the Johnson City store for many years and it’s always a pleasant experience. We’re always very happy with the quality of the furniture and will continue to shop at the store.
