Working with Inez is a pleasure .... her style is to be helpful, but to give you space. She took the time to compare my specific options with reviewers' input, but she also gave insight from her personal knowledge of the products.
I've referred her to my sister, who is in the market for a mattress.
I would highly recommend R&F ... and especially Inez.

so far so good on the mattress
I’m still getting used to the mattress because of the soft top. I now wake up with little or no back pain
The delivery people were on time and they were very efficient with getting my old mattress moved and the new one on our bed frame. They were very courteous and friendly.
