Great Experience
From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by Evie. She took us to the recliners we were looking for and explained the features on the models we were interested in. She is very accommodating and was not a pushy sales person. Very much enjoyed the experience

Bottom of ottoman arrived ripped
I ordered the ottoman online. I was emailed to pick it up on Friday. I called and it was on hold in Syracuse and wouldn’t be at the store until Tuesday. It did arrive Tuesday. My husband picked it up. It was wrapped and when unwrapped the black material on the bottom of the ottoman has a 4 inch rip in it. You can tell someone picked it up and ripped it. Very disappointed.
Update. I called the store and a very nice woman got me in touch with the repair person. I am waiting for a call back. They have to contact me within 72 hours to schedule a visit to repair the ottoman.

Allan was AMAZING! He was extremely personable and great to work with, very helpful. Allan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
We came on Easter weekend and got great sales as well.

Frustrating
Our salesperson told us that since we were buying a bed frame and mattress, he would give us 300.00 off. When we got to the cash register he developed amnesia. We trusted him to do the right thing and when we got home and found that he did not take the $300 off we called him and he denied ever saying it. Fortunately, the manager took care of our $300 overcharge.
