Saleswoman was excellent... 10 stars

We’ve spent upwards of 10k with R&F over the past 3-4 years. This time I felt the sales person was in too much of a hurry to find her next customer and not take the time to help the current though we were spending 3k+ that day.

We want people to be honest when looking to make a purchase that should last a long time. We wanted to know what was best and what was not. We felt we were treated honestly and professionally. Thank you.

The purchase of a sofa went very well and so easy.

Sales person was a great help in finding the right mattress for us. We love the mattress. Was very disappointed in the pick up of old bedding. It was told to us and is on my receipt that R&F would “remove old bedding”. This is clearly not the case. The delivery people would not and did not take the box springs. Went to the Elmira store and said they would correct this. But then called 4 hours later and said the would not. They said there was not room on the truck. Would have believed them but we bought a king mattress and wanted them to take a twin set.

Talk about empathy and willingness to address our issues with a mattress that Goldilocks would abhor. We walked away with a renewed respect for your company. I spent thirty years as a pharmaceutical consultant. I would hire this gentleman.

From the time I walked into the store until my exit, the store employee I worked with was helpful, kind, and considerate. She helped me find what I was looking for, all the while maintaining social distance, and being cognizant of a small injury that hampered my walking ability. Thank you Raymour and Flanigan.

I ordered a mattress over the phone to avoid going into the store. It could not have been any easier. I have not received the delivery yet but the ordering process went great

Justin was very helpful and patient as I decided on a new recliner. I appreciated everyone wearing masks and trying to practice social distancing (my family has a high risk person at home). Thanks!

Our store experience was awesome, Patti went above and beyond!! The delivery experience could have been better. No consideration for our stuff (I had moved everything and taken down pictures, etc.), but there were a couple items they knocked down and damaged a sentimental wedding souvenir. Probably didn't seem like much to them, but we've been married over 30 years. Our experience with Patti seemed personal and caring, the delivery guys were just doing a job, nothing personal about it. "Where do you want it? Sign here." That was about it!

Trying to get the best deal for my family and i know it is only 50.00 but i couldn't get it off because the order was processed. I called within 15 hours of purchasing, i wish birthday coupons would be honored or sent out on the first day of the month. Other than that, i felt kinda "hurry up and get out of here" I read the signs and the item (#2) that i purchased was on sale but was always cheaper than the other (#1).I was told that i didn't get shown it (#2) because it was more pricey than the other (#1). Well, i seen that the one i bought (#2)was 1,100 on sale for 890(i think)and the one(#1) i was shown was 1,600 (dropped 1,400 this day)with discounts. I would of rather the hostess be more up front instead of making me feel this way (like i was on the lower end of society). This will be the last time i go,because i did not like the way i felt. I always used to have a great time, but not this time.

Phil Moshier is wonderful to work with. We come back and ask for him immediately. He’s extremely knowledgeable, knows the layout of your store, where things are and senses exactly how much interaction you want. He’s such an asset to your company. And yes, we like your furniture selection and quality too!

Salesman Phil was so warm, personable and very knowledgable about what I was looking for!! The showrooms were huge! What a wonderful selection AND delivery was expedient!!!

Our salesman greeted us as we came through the door pointed us in the direction to what we where looking for and then waited the 20ish minutes for us to come back to him and ask our questions. Wasn’t too pushy and after talking numbers he gave my wife and I plenty of time to talk it over and make our decision. Quick and painless paperwork compared to what it once was.

Shows us what they offer and he let's us just browse around. Then comes back and ask questions. No Pressure to make the sale
