Purchased a new sealy hybrid mattress. Hate to give one star because the purchase was actually great and the salesman was very helpful and easy to work with. Bed is great. The problem is with the delivery. The guys that showed up to deliver the mattress smelled like weed and backed into my truck causing damage. Tomorrow will be a week since I have tried to talk to someone and keep getting a runaround. Have yet to speak with anyone that wants to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately I am about to the point where I will just put it in the hands of Pennsylvania State Police.

The salesman answered all our questions and still gave us our space as we were shopping throughout the store.

We were there to buy a mattress The salesperson was highly professional (knowledgeable about the products, and courteous) He listened to our preferences and guided us to those mattresses that met those criteria.

Ordered on 6/20, site claimed in stock and delivery within the week. It is now 9/2, and the most recent update says you expect it in your warehouse by 9/30, three months after I ordered the table which was supposedly in stock.

The item I ordered on-line was not available until next month - OK - i can wait. BUT, I did not get the chance in the on-line forms to give the delivery address. I guess it assumes it will be where the credit card is addressed, but that is wrong. I need to tell them where to bring it. This needs to be fixed in the form progression on the web site.

Phil Moshier was very accommodating! He came in on his day off to meet with us which worked out perfect for us. We were in and out in just over an hour with a new bed and all new living room furniture. Thanks Phil!!

And it was very easy to do so. Even though my chair is due back in stock in June, it states that
Raymour & Flanagan will keep me informed on when I should expect delivery.
