I have been in the Niagara Falls Blvd store several times while searching for the right furniture for my new house. I’ve bought several pieces over the last year and I always have a great experience with Al Budwee as my salesman. Al is knowledgeable, personal and always gives great customer service!

I needed a small dining table for my apartment. Mr.Bruce Edwards showed me several tables that were the correct size. I decided on a 3 piece dining set in Merlot finish. It's the perfect size for my apartment and I have gotten so many compliments on it. Mr Edwards was very friendly and knowledgeable .

I love Raymour and Flanigan! Especially the quality of furniture, timely delivery, and professionalism of delivery team! The “chat” option- online is awesome! I ordered my bed and dresser in the middle of the night using the “chat”- texting feature! Super easy and convenient!

Our sales person Patrick was great! He went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable, was caring, and most of all not pushy. He took his time with us and helped us find the perfect products we were looking for. We purchased a couple of bedroom sets and some new end tables for our living room. He deserves praise. Its hard to find someone with good customer service these days that really cares. Because of him I would recommend Raymour and Flanigan. He most certainly is an asset to your company!!!

Trying to find the right mattress seemed impossible, we sleep differently, we are different sizes and comfort levels. Our salesperson took on the challenge and with assistance from her manager they found us a great. aireloom mattress and an adjustable bases. They didn’t rush us and overall it was a very pleasant experience

My purchase has not delivered. I received a phone call early this AM advising my mattress & base did not make it on the truck. I was told delivery would be tomorrow, 07/22/2021.

Online add stated our furniture was on display at your one location. Drove over to store. Nope. Nothing to view. Not there.
I don’t care for that tactic. You don’t have to stoop that low. You have good quality furniture. Don’t ruin your image.
