The sales person who was assisting us was friendly and helpful and made us feel like we were being taken care of.

Our salesman was. Wry helpful and patient. Excellent experience!

The sales consultant, Steven Arenaz, showed us the furniture that we went to see and many more including the set we bought. Steve was able to answer all our questions and provide some ideas. The store was clean and well organized.
We financed the purchase and that was handled quickly and smoothly.

Mamaye was excellent - patient and took the time to answer all my questions and show me all of my options, the best beds and frames that would suit me. Very happy with the service, thank you!

I had the daybed put together in my house by 4 men from Raymour and Flanagan. The could not complete it because bolts were missing that would hold the back of the “sofa” in place. They were supposed to call me back and let me know when someone would be out with the correct hardware. That never happened.I called myself the next week and there was a follow up email about trying to get me the hardware.Then again I heard nothing. The next week I called customer service and talked to another person. She reconnected me with the person that I originally spoke to you about the bolts who was then able to get a bag of bolts sent to me because I requested having the hardware sent and not having someone come into my home again because of Covid. I got a bag of a total of 18 bolts and a lot of washers and not one of them fit to complete this piece of furniture that’s now been in my house since the beginning of February. I even sent pictures to the person that I spoke to first so that they would see where the bolts were and someone would be able to identify what bolts were missing. Obviously the pictures didn’t help. Didn’t think it would be this hard to get a new daybed. I won’t be ordering from Raymour and Flanigan again.

I've purchased 10k In furniture and feel it was a solid, fair investment. The quality is there (best to buy in person, some items are more decorative than high use functional) and the prices are the best. The salesmen are attentive and not pushy. We had our Purple matress delivered in 12 hours! Thank you R&F!

I was met at the door by Rep David....who directed me where I needed to go and followed up with me to answer any questions. I decided on purchasing 2 large items which David was able to provide detail information on. Everything flowed right to the finalization of the sale. Raymour & Flanigan had a good selection of furniture to choose from. The friends and family sale was also a big help.

We came in to look at a sleeper sofa and ended up buying the entire ensemble,
sofa/loveseat/chair/ottoman. Your associate Robin was so helpful! Can't wait for it to be delivered!

Purchased two new mattresses, one queen size and one king size with box springs which was ordered the next day. When it came time for the next day delivery all hell broke loose.The delivery driver told me the wrong time for delivery.They didn't want to bring the mattresses in the house because of Covid-19. Didn't want to carry them up the stairs. Told my fiance, we were instructed to leave them on the curb. She had to practically beg him to bring them inside and take them up stairs. His English was not very good so he didn't understand what I was trying to tell him. Long story short, I didn't get my box springs for my mattress until three days later. Not GOOD

I waited two months for a special order fabric for a sectional! The one piece for the sectional was not ordered correctly! I have to wait six more weeks to receive the correct item. The holidays will have come and gone!! I will never buy from Raymour and Flanigan again!!!!

George Waters was an excellent “sleep consultant”. He walked me through my mattress selection process until like Goldilocks- my mattress was just right! I absolutely love my new mattress (& I haven’t even bought the bed frame to go with it yet!)

I met with Steve told him what I was looking for and he showed me everything in that category until I picked the one I liked
