The Salesman was very helpful when I needed help, but let me browse without bothering me when I needed a little space. He was knowledgeable and assisted me once I made my decision.

I was greeted warmly by an associate, Richard, and he eagerly went to get the associate I have wonderful history with, Mr. George Waters. Mr. Waters showed me lots of sectionals that met my requirements for space. He was knowledgeable about quality seating and was patient as I perused and asked questions about guage and coils. The company offers great selection and quality. Sale prices on quality sectional is what attracted me to purchase. He convinced me that Raymour stands by their platinum warranty and I trusted his encouragement and I purchased it. I am looking forward to many years enjoying my new purchase.

Raymour & Flanagan is by far my best furniture store. The sales representative are always outstandingly kind, knowledgable, patience and genuinely caring. There is always a wide variety to choose from no matter what you are going in to purchase. Whether using credit or cash to make the purchase; the process is always seamless. The delivery time is usually not long and always workable with my desire schedule as it should be.

My salesmanwas very patient and knowledgeable. Made sure I was comfortable. Made sure I was okay with my purchase.

Your store had what my wife was looking for and your sales person was very well informed on all our questions and Alie’s product knowledge was excellent

Professional , took her time to show us the product we were looking for

We recently went to the Abington Raymour & Flanigan store to try mattresses. The customer service was above and beyond. We tried many mattresses and learned about the difference between types. Our consultant, Ercel Robinson, was patient and helpful while we figured out the best mattress.

Stephen intro himself as soon as I came in to look around. He did not follow me around and asking if he can help yet. I appreciated that so when I decided to come back and purchase the items I made sure I asked for him. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions

George did an excellent job of showing us recliners and pointing out differences etc. Transaction was seamless.

Our visit on Monday evening was fine. Our salesperson allowed us the time and space to shop and when we identified our furniture, he was able to share financing options and delivery date. We have always had a successful outcome with Raymour & Flanigan.
