Nancy & Marisol provided the best shopping experience a customer could ask for! They were friendly, patience and very informative.

I ordered an ottoman that was for to be picked up on Saturday. I was called on Thursday, the woman told me they failed to put it on the truck so it would not be available until Tuesday. Frustrating…

My order was online, but communications was fine.

Sharif was professional, kind and very pleasant to work with. He accommodated me as he noticed my disability. He didn't rush me to buy anything, but made sure I got what suited my needs and comfort. Sharif did EVERYTHING he could to help me get the right purchase. Sharif was a blessing and I Thank him for his service. Everyone was kind and helpful.

They do did not have much chairs when I went to pick them up on Saturday , September 2.

Sales associate listened to what we wanted, and gave us several options. Friendly and pleasant manner.

Our sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us a number of choices in our price range and answered our questions. It was a very pleasant experience.

Eric was tremendously helpful in assisting us with our purchase decisions. He was there when we needed him, but he allowed us our space to explore the store. We are very happy with our selections and were very pleased with the overall price of our purchases. We will definitely return to Raymour for any future furniture needs.

Our salesman Jay was amazing both times. Professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable and an all around great salesman!!!

The service representatives are very efficient. During my initial visit, one representative composed an invoice of my items and provided copies to share with my husband to use for measurements, and to reference when completing my order at a later date. The representative also helped my to initiate a warranty claim for a separate item. Upon return a few days later, another representative easily accessed my order, the warranty claim, and add an additional item for purchase. The transaction was seamless from beginning to end. Best of all I will be enjoying my purchase in 3 short days. Top notch customer Service.

Prompt. courteous greeting by salesperson. Randi was knowledgable, professional, personable. He listened to me and what my reason for coming to R & F was. These things made my very first encounter at this R & F location a great experience.

Sharif helped me order a replacement bed frame for one that was defective/damaged. I would have given R&F 5 stars, but the item of insurance was not included in the order. I will have to call again.
