I went into exchange my mattress and meant with the manager Michael in the Jenkintown store. He took the time to show me different mattresses and explain the difference in them though he was very busy it was a great personable experience and not only did I get the mattress I bought the frame that after he explained how it works. Great experience

The salesman (Sharif) was so great. He greeted me and gave me time and space to explore the many sofas without being over bearing. After choosing my sofa, I feel he really searched for any additional promotions or discounts that may be applied. Overall a great experience.

Almost perfect
Experience at store/show room was terrific. Friendly and helpful staff and sales person. Got to try out mattresses which is extremely helpful. And informative, smooth purchase. Would give 5 stars, however, we were promised our old mattress would be picked up/removed but the delivery person refused, which now requires frustrating follow up.

Order never delivered!!!!
I ordered a painting that was to be delivered on 5/5 via FedEx. No tracking number was provided and I tried to call RF and kept getting automated runaround. FedEx was to deliver between 8 - 12. I never received the order and without a tracking number, I’m at a lose. This is a terrible service event!!
