The Raymour & Flanigan delivery…
The Raymour & Flanigan delivery employees was unprofessional. They wore their dirty germ-infested shoes, came into my home & attempted to walk upstairs with the dirty shoes while matching on the carpet to create shoe prints - I stopped them. They said it's Raymour & Flanigan's policy not to respect customers' home hygiene rules, which customers make for health reasons. The delivery guys insisted that Raymour & Flanigan has a policy that allows them to wear their dirty shoes & match them on top of customer's carpets. They said that Raymour & Flanigan does not care about customers' home hygiene rules and that I can cancel the order if we do not like them. Wow!.
They took the Order back to their truck because I told them to remove their shoes before matching on the clean carpets for hygiene & health reasons. This is a disgrace.
Raymour & Flanigan, as a vendor servicing homes, should have a health hygiene policy that covers customers. By allowing their delivery employees to wear germ-infested shoes and match them on customers' carpets, Raymour & Flanigan are spreading diseases to American homes, which is NOT healthy. I recommend that this report be taken to the CDC for further review of Raymour & Flanigan's home delivery policies. This will help to keep American homes safe.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I placed an order on line and it stated 1 - 2 weeks delivery, I picked my fabric and since this was for a new special needs member of our house that needed it to help sit and eat in the recliner and it would be an early Christmas present since I placed the order Dec 1st,
After the 2 weeks with no communication, I called and was told it was a special order. How was this a special order since i ordered it in line?
They said well you picked a different fabric. A different fabric? I chose 1 of 3 fabrics, how is that a special order?
Then they told me it would be ready today Dec 21st and in time for Christmas, great!
Well with no communication again, I called and now they are telling me January 21st! What? What happened to Dec 21st?
This special needs adult has to be held on a staff member’s lap to be feed, making it difficult for both!
No alternatives, offers from Raymour to remedy this issue.
No communication from them, I had to reach out to them regarding all updates.
Do NOT shop here, terrible service!!
