Competitive with rates and efficient with final transfers.
Rx are competitive with their currency exchange and efficient with their conversion and transfer activities. I have a good relationship with my UK dealer and we have an informative discussion prior to making that decision to move my salary.

Tout notre groupe de sté client régulier de RationalFX depuis 12 ans.
11 ans nickel, MAIS problèmes et désorganisation +++ depuis bureaux de Lille et CATASTROPHE depuis début 2023 (changement de partenaire bancaire)...
Ex: transaction initiée le 26/04, deal en place le 12/05/2023 reçu le vendredi à 19h00.... RIB du compte ou virer les fonds attendu 48 heures.
(1) Premier virement fait le 15/05: rejeté par leur banquier qui pique des frais et (2) RFX soutient ne pas avoir les fonds pendant 2 semaines ....
(3) Finalement leur banquier a rejeté le virement en prenant des frais RFX ne le voyait meme pas...
(4) Le 07/06 : Nouveau RIB chez nouveau banquier RFX
(5) le 07/06/2023, nouveau virement.
(6) RFX confirme reception des fonds....
(7) depuis: RIEN : le vendredi 16/06 le bénéficiaire n'a toujours rien...
Après plus d'une semaine de virement chez RFX, bien reçu, RFX repousse encore le délai : "sous 24 à 48h" ... avec le WE : lundi 19/06 au mieux.
CONCLUSION : 111.000 USD de bloqués depuis plus de 6 semaines et plus de 100.000 euros dans la nature... et des promesses mail et tel, meme pas le nom de la banque qui détient nos fonds !
Soit ils sont totalement incompétents, soit ils vont tellement mal qu'ils font de la cavalerie ...
Dans ce cas, RFX n'étant même pas banquier: pas de garantie : c'est nous, clients, les dindons de la farce !...
Si vous voulez garder vos sous et gagner du temps: fuyez RationalFX version 2023.

Substantial forward transfers
Knowing that I would have a substantial FX requirement in 6 months time, I spoke to various FX dealers. Of them RationalFx and specifically Lewis were clearly the leaders. Lewis was knowledgeable , helped to put in place several forward contracts and really stayed on top of things.
I have nothing but praise for him and his team. As I have ongoing FX requirements I will stay with Lewis as long as he has the best rates - which so far has always been the case.

Making a payment to someone in Italy was incredibly easy, quick and efficient. I’ve used RationalFX for some years but their new payment procedure is brilliant! I will certainly continue to use them.
