BAD- Monies not sent
BAD- Monies not sent - no answers from RationalFX - they have no idea and have no follow up management to customer issues - happened twice in 3 days on 2 separate transactions - appears J P Morgan which is new bank is a problem with no feedback loop

Please note payments can take 1-2 working days to credit into the beneficiary account,
As you made the payment on Friday, the funds are showing they credited the beneficiary account within the recommended timeframe

No transfer of monies to French bank account
On two occasions from March 2023 to June 2023 monies have not been transferred from yourselves to my French bank account, causing me penalty charges for late payments by the French bank and French mortgage company.
