I knew it was time for me to get a mobility scooter as my back problems have deteriorated significantly, making walking increasingly painful, even though I am a stickler for doing my physio exercises and I take pain medication regularly.

I went into the Rapid Mobility shop in Poole and met the delightful Rikki and Dave. My interaction was primarily with Rikki but both him and Dare are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Rikki was a pleasure to speak with and very patient as I tried out several models in the store. Both Rikki and Dave have made sure there is plenty of space so you can actually ride the scooters in the store before making a final decision.

There was no hard sell, which is fantastic, and Rikki was more than happy to answer all of my questions, of which there were many! Another bonus is that they keep the mobility scooters fully charged and you can leave the store with your scooter, so there is no waiting weeks for it to be delivered.

I purchased the Pride Go Go MG2 mobility scooter and I couldn't be happier with it. Thank you to Rikki and Dave for making my experience a real pleasure. I received first class service and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My wife had a couple of issues with her scooter today, she was a bit worried over it, ie the clock packed in, fuse problem, and a hole where someone had taken the hooter out leaving a hole, but the tape had worn away leaning a gaping hole, which not good in rain, the man at the Weymouth area branch couldn't have been more helpful to take the time and solve every problem my wife had, very good service, good price, don't be fooled by other shops, go here, you won't go wrong, top notch, happy wife.

Can I just say what customer care this brilliant company provides !!! Our mum had not long been out of hospital when her stair lift stopped working which mum heavily depends on to get up to her bedroom , we realized about lunchtime of the problem and after a few phone calls with the lovely Shulay I which she promised by the end of the day they would give it a good go to get it working for mum, which at the end of his day , young Neil popped to mums at 19.15 to fix the stairlift and is now as good as new again !!! Very rare these days to actually get customer care and people doing what they promised to do !! Brilliant service !!! Thank you so much once again !!!

Went into the High Street Branch in Poole! Mainly to have a look around for the wife to help her get around easier?
Rikki and Dave were so helpful and knowledgeable that we ended up purchasing GoGo Sport scooter! Really to be honest the deal they gave us was a no brainer and were so chuffed with the knowledge and expertise they showed! we left the branch to wait for a promised a same day delivery of a new machine!

David at the Poole store was so helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a while with me as I was unsure what I was looking for. He was so patient and went through pros and cons of multiple mobility scooters regarding what my needs are. Absolutely terrific service. Highly recommend.

Took Mum in to shop today and was greeted by Rick. He talked us through walkers and wheelchairs for her. Very professional and put Mum at ease. Thank you Rick for achieving something we have been trying for months to do 😂

I wanted to take my 92 year old friend to Sculpture by the Lakes near Dorchester but it wasn’t possible for me to get her mobility scooter there so I was delighted to be told that Rapid Mobility hire out mobility scooters from their Weymouth Office and deliver them to Sculpture by the Lakes. It was excellent value at £30 for the day including delivery and collection. The scooter looked new and was perfect for my friend to enjoy the venue. Thank you so much for the great service and I will definitely be using you again and recommending you to others.

I recently approached Rapid Mobility to carry out an inspection on a damaged mobility scooter as part of an insurance claim for one of our clients. Rikki was the height of professionalism - proactive, attentive and incredibly helpful. The way he dealt with both me and my elderly client was exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and hope I have the opportunity to use their services in the future.

Great service at the Poole shop. No questions were too much trouble and several mobile scooters were demonstrated. A most enjoyable buying experience and a well priced product. Also lots of humour.
Only difficulty was finding the shop by car!

Fantastic service from Rikki and the team at Rapid Mobility, Poole. My mum was looking to purchase a new electric wheelchair. He (and James from Quantum) came to her home with a demo for her to test drive - very helpful as the pavements have quite a camber - and she felt confident using it from the outset. She chose to purchase the chair, which was delivered to her home and set up for her. Rikki also advised about insurance which was helpful - and very glad we took it up. Four months after purchase, mum had a serious accident in the chair. Once again, the customer service received was excellent. Rikki did everything he could to assist with getting a replacement as soon as possible. When it was delivered, James from Quantum was great, spending a lot of time getting the set-up just right for mum. I can't thank them both enough. The chair was an expensive purchase but, according to the on-scene paramedic, the solid build quality almost certainly saved her life!

I am so pleased a business are so helpful understanding and supportive.
A few days ago my wheelchair decided to break on me .
I am so dependent now on my electric wheelchair and panicked!!!
I shouldn't of!!
I phoned Rapid mobility in Poole David was so understanding and promptly picked up my chair and left a wheelchair for me.
My chair needed an engineer to drill out a hardened steel bolt .
It was all done and returned very quickly and so professionally.
So I have to say what a fantastic service and a really great local company lead by Ricky.
I am so happy .

I have just booked a mobility scooter for the third time from this shop in Poole. I've always dealt with Ricky and found him to be polite, knowledgable and very flexible when it came to times for dropping off and collecting the scooter.
Furthermore, they have a section at the bottom of their invoices to capture the disability of the user and this automatically makes the invoice VAT Exempt. Lovely. Simple.

What a bunch of self centred spineless helmets constantly robbing old and disabled people and over charging and putting the VAT on before they make the final price up and claiming it back through the business

Bought a new scooter from the Poole branch today.Rick from the shop was brilliant with his advice and caring concern. Rick was so helpful and the scooter fantastic- a Pride Colt Executive. The service here is outstanding.

I recently made two purchases at Rapid Mobility in Poole High Street. The second item was to be delivered, I was immediately offered a slot the same day at a time of my choosing. The driver was prompt and on time, excellent customer service, Very impressed, I highly recommend Rapid Mobility.

Fantastic service from Ricky today on a busy Saturday in the shop. He had picked up my voicemail regarding a problem my Mum has experienced with her walking frame (phoned me back within a couple of hours, which was great).
When I got to the shop Ricky was friendly and helpful. The issue was fixed within the hour and whilst waiting I got to see his good customer service skills with a couple who were looking to buy a mobility scooter.
