What a great surprise, just bought a house through Randalls residential - definitely not the usual " agent" experience. Ben was always at the end of the phone to assist/reassure and advise, even during the hairy moments, which made the whole journey a thoroughly pleasant experience - I would throughly recommend Randalls to anyone thinking about selling or purchasing a house - super job and thanks!

Definitely would recommend Randalls Residential. Ben was very informative and kept me in the loop the whole time so I knew all that was going on. He gave very useful advise as well as a personal touch to help the process run as smooth as possible.

Randalls Residential are by far the best estate agents we have used! We first met Ben when he showed us around the house we have now bought; he was extremely knowledgeable about the house and the area, and was more than happy to spend time answering all of our questions.
After the viewing we decided to sell our home with Randalls who were able to start marketing the property within a week, it then sold a few days later.
Ben was very proactive and stayed involved throughout the entire process, regularly chasing all of the solicitors in the chain and updating us. This made a huge difference to our experience and stopped a lot of the stress normally involved with buying and selling.

Simon and Ben are clearly very experienced and extremely professional. Despite the “Brexit” issues they found a buyer for our house very quickly and the whole transaction was well managed throughout. We were extremely pleased with the service they provided and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We cannot recommend Randalls Residential highly enough. We first met Ben in June 2018 when he showed us the property we have just exchanged on, from that first meeting we had complete confidence in Ben, he was friendly and professional, and as time went on proved over and over that nothing was too much trouble. He listened and responded to all our questions with great patience, even my wife asking him how tall he was as she was trying to work out ceiling heights! We sold through another agent as we have relocated from Bristol but throughout Ben kept in touch to find out how our sale was progressing, and when we were finally in a position to make an offer he liaised with all parties and kept us fully updated. There were a few delays with our exchange date but Ben took control and ensured that everything went through for us to complete on time. We cannot thank him enough.

We highly recommend Randall’s Residential in Basingstoke. Simon has many years of local experience and was able to guide us through our sale with genuine care and knowledge. The sale was not straightforward and we truly believe if we had chosen another estate agent, our sale would have collapsed. When things looked like they were going ‘pear-shaped’, Simon stepped in and offered a solution that satisfied all parties. On the final days, before completion, Ben liaised with all parties involved and kept us up-to-date.

We would also add, that while trying to make a purchase via another well-known estate agent who, due to their silly games, lost their buyer a sale (the property is still for sale at a much lower price than we offered).

In conclusion, we would not hesitate to use Randall’s as our estate agent in the future.

We recently purchased a property through Randalls Residential and I have to say they were brilliant. In particular Simon who for us went above and beyond.

As we were using a well known online estate agent for our sale, who certainly didn’t live up to the TV ad hype with their post sales team. In fact we’re borderline useless and we wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Randalls Residential though stepped up and helped us with both the sale of our house and purchase of our new home.

As we had a deadline to meet for completion, Randalls helped guide us through the process and helped ensure we were on track on both side.

In my lifetime I’ve moved homes quite a lot and had many different experiences with a variety of different estate agents. Some good, some horrendous but Randalls Residential for us were exceptional. And I don’t use that word lightly. Takes a lot for me to admit that as I know I have high expectations.

Online estate agents may be a cheaper option but there is a clear reason why. Never underestimate the importance of what happens after you’ve found a buyer. That part is the easy part. It’s the after sales experience which can be the difference between a stress free sale and sleepless nights.
