Simon Randall has been outstanding in helping us to complete the purchase of his clients' house. His courteous and calm approach has been a great reassurance when we were faced with delays and breaks in the selling/buying chain. He was the only estate agent in the whole chain who was proactive and on top of the situation, and he kept us regularly informed. Communication with the Randall's office was also very efficient with messages being passed accurately and promptly and calls being returned as promised. The contrast with other estate agents could not be greater, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Randalls Residential.

Not only did they successfully sell our house during a very difficult year we also viewed a number of houses through them so got to experience both sides.
