Very efficient delivery

Good product. Delivered to my door by their own staff. Helpful in discussing my requirements for the ladder and very good communication. 1st rate company and best loft ladders you can buy. Its a FACT.

Had been looking for a replacement set of extendable ladders for a while, from first speaking to the Ramsay team at a local agricultural show to ordering over the phone the staff were really helpful and friendly. The quality for the price is great, so much so we ordered another larger set of extendable ladders at the same time.
Delivery was exactly as stated, driver was also really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using Ramsay ladders for all our ladder requirements in the future. Well done and thanks.

To start with Ramsay were the only ladder company that had exactly the size and type of ladder I needed with the opportunity to buy a very important safety feature, a custom handrail.
Unfortunately, due to the the handrail having to be made-to-order the delivery time was extended. I needed this ladder urgently for a job abroad this Sunday. The delivery was due for mid next week which was not ideal.
I communicated this to Elaine at Ramsay Ladders who pulled out all the stops and sped the whole process up which will certainly have cost the company more. The ladder has just turned up!

Drove to Forfar to look at various ladders. Got good advice and settled for a wooden shelf ladder. Ordered online on the Monday and was delivered within 3 days. Really good quality, well built and now in situ and looks great. Got unvarnished so, as suggested on my visit, will wax to protect the wood. Really happy with my purchase.

I wanted a quality and easy to use loft ladder, what I got was a brilliant easy to use ladder, easy to install and quality is great, this is a ladder like they used to be years ago. It’s sturdy and well made , the cost is a little higher than the diy centre type ladder but it is worth it, my wife can use this ladder also which makes life easier for me,

Steven arrived exactly on time, and did a great job. I thought I'd lost access to my attic as the hatch door was far too hard for me to pull down, but he got it running incredibly smoothly in no time at all. He ensured that the oil didn't stain anything, and warning me of safety issues.
