The product itself seems well made and was just what I was looking for. I was initially told that there would be a delay of a couple of weeks, which was fine. However, after about 3 weeks I hadn’t hear so I emailed to check what was happening. I had an email straight back to say we would put in post now. I deducted a star because it almost felt like had I not emailed the delay would have increased, and that the only reason it was posted out was because I’d sent a reminder. For £12 though the number is excellent so very pleased
