First class customer service, wee issue on delivery but nothing to get excited about. It was dealt with quickly. So much so I placed another order.

Quality a d delivery was really fast

I used Ramsay Ladders a few times now. The ladders are also spot on. I just got an aluminium one to use as a basement escape ladder. Perfect. I got a wooden one a few months back to use for a mezzanine. Also perfect.

Simple ordering process and the quality of the ladder is really excellent, plan on having this out on display in the kitchen so really pleased it looks as good as it does - as well as being a solid set of usable steps.

I have used Ramsey before and they make great ladders. The staff are friendly and will bespoke orders for specific needs. Delivery is quick and quality high.

The service provided by Ramsay Ladders was excellent. I had old aluminium step ladder manufactured by them and couldn't find right replacement feet for it. They provided me right replacement and even advise how to remove safety the old feet. Couldn't ask for better service.
