Doesn't respect consumer protection rights, doesn't honor agreements.

They cancel your orders and make it seem as though you requested the cancellation, very unprofessional. Their customer support is also extremely robotic, they do not read your message what so ever, instead refers to their terms of service which does not even cover the issue you're experiencing.

They had an offer on some boxers. My order got cancelled a couple of days after out of nowhere (It said i did, but i did not). Contacted Customer Service and they could not do anything as it was out of stock - and i had to write them everyday to ask if it is back in stock. They could further not give me the same discount on the product even after they are the ones messing up confirming i have bought the product and saying it will soon be shipped. I wrote later that day in the live chat to ask if the item was back in stock which they confirmed. I called, and they said it was actually because of a pricing error (It was a reasonable discount, and not so much to cancel an order). So they lied in the first call to avoid telling the truth, until they were outed and had to tell the truth. They would not budge on selling it to the discounted price.
Stunning that a company this large cannot operate a webshop ..

After contacting RL about two shop rotten tee shirts I provided the screen shot of my payment at the York outlet and the customer service said it was from Bicester!Yes it did state Bicester on it but it is where Mc Arthur Glenn head office is based and yes the transaction was from York outlet.It was inferred I was lying and it was purchased at Bicester despite never going there in my life!So now I have two tee shirts in holes that RL deny I bought at York and am lying.If you purchase at RL be aware you need to screen shot yourself at the store front,till and door,keep every shred of evidence of your purchase and visit.If you want to be berated for lying,even though you are not this is the store for you.For the sake of cost of two tee shirts they are prepared to lose any further custom,so be it.I will take my money elsewhere and you have all been warned😤

Ik bestel regelmatig iets via de webshop van RL. Ik heb nooit problemen gehad. Retour gaat snel en producten zijn goed.

Voor deze firma heb ik geen goed woord voor.oplichters 1ste klas gelukkig niet vooraf betaald maar nooit mijn bestelling ontvangen + een hoop gedoe met klarna

Verkeerde maten geleverd tot 2x toe. Vervolgens beide artikelen teruggestuurd waarbij ze beweren dat er maar 1 artikel in de doos zat. Geen geld terug gekregen.

Appalling web shop. There is no connection to the warehouse, so stock is not up to date. Got an order canceled and signed up for back in stock notification, got it and ordered again. This repeated 8 times until I gave up. Got a €10 discount code as compensation. Found another item and ordered. System would not accept code, so had to contact customer service to apply it. Then the order got canceled due to out of stock, are you serious?

I am (or should i say was) a dedicated Ralph lauren customer for decades. Trying to order a jacket from the official website while in stock. Order got cancelled. Ordered again and again for 6(!) consequent times while in stock. All of them got canceled. When i made a contact with customer support service they replied after 4 days. I was informed that their system is not connected to their warehouse. Consequently an item may seem in stock while it is not.
I cannot accept that excuse from a company of the size of PRL.
Anyhow, item never received while it was meant to be a gift.
Overall very dissappointed.
