Will it ever arrive?
You pay in advance for a years worth of magazines but the majority do not arrive before the listings start. Need to find another delivery company.

I’m sorry that your copies are not arriving before the listings begin. We understand how frustrating this is, particularly when the subscription is paid for in advance.
We will always extend your subscription or credit your account for any missed issues. We have explored alternative delivery services, but there is currently no reliable nationwide option; changing provider would also substantially increase subscription costs. We’re sorry that we cannot offer a better solution at present.

Our apologies. It seems that the new subscription did not start until later and thus there was a "continuity" gap in those weeks in between. I will ensure that you start getting copies from next week (Week 37).

We do offer a range of promotional offers, and subscriptions can be paid for over three, six or twelve months, giving you some flexibility. Always get in touch with our Customer services and they should be able to help.

Excellent magazine but...
The magazine is excellent but the delivery is unpredictable. I used to be able to rely on getting my copy of the Radio Times every Tuesday but now it comes any day (often Friday) or not at all. I value predictability, perhaps it is the carrier delivering the magazine?

Copies are dispatched on time, so the delays are most likely due to local postal services and the carrier’s delivery pattern. We understand how frustrating this uncertainty is and hope the service becomes more reliable soon. Delays tend to be in specific areas from time to time.

Thank you Helen. Did you know the letters page is the most popular page in the magazine? It is always cited by readers in surveys are their "go to page", so you are not alone. And who does not love a Puzzle?
no issue delivered yet again
Yet again, another week with no copy at all delivered. Subscription began mid June - it's now mid August and I believe that's 4 issues that have not turned up at all - and a couple of times been late delivery (arriving Monday or even Tuesday after the issue starts Saturday). I took out the subscription for my elderly mother, thinking this would be the answer for her to receive her weekly TV guide, after my brother died (he used to take her copy every Friday). However I'll be contacting Radio Times to cancel the subscription - I can't keep on seeing my mother let down week after week.

I’m very sorry that your mother has been let down by repeated missed and late deliveries. I completely understand your decision to cancel, particularly given the reason you arranged the subscription for her.
I can see that the subscription has now been cancelled. As the copies were dispatched as expected, I can only conclude that local postal problems have affected delivery, but I appreciate that this does not make the situation any less disappointing. Please accept our sincere apologies.
