Excellent and prompt service. Everything was great from start to finish. We booked via the phone at the Premier Inn. Sure we were on hold, but the woman on the phone was warm and friendly. We aren't extremely tech savvy, but love the app and looking forward to using you next year.

Everything from start to finish. Booked in advance 3 trips for our cruise this year and in 2024. Called me prior to confirm booking and cars on time, immaculate and drivers were great

Just awful from start to finish
When booking on the phone the man was unfriendly and didn’t seem to comprehend anything I was saying and kept asking me to repeat .when driver arrived he was rude on the phone to my son.i got in and he was very unwelcoming and then we nearly crashed into another car .i got out before my stop as just couldn’t bear to be in there any more .I would never ever use them again .

Great service at a busy port!
We came off a cruise and it was busy! The app kept us up to date where our driver was and what vehicle he would be in. Luckily we spotted him and barged our way through the crowds. I was so pleased that we had pre-booked, as the queues for taxis were horrendous.
We got the vehicle that had been requested (8 seater mini bus) and the driver took us the hour and a half home. A comfortable ride and reasonable price - Thank you.

Have used Radio Taxis/West Quay cars (same company?) on several occasions to transport me from address in Southampton to Cruise terminals. I have never had a problem, they have turned up at the time booked and kept me informed via text messages. Thank you.

What an absolute joke your company is and how RUDE for your customers to record an automated message with a rude line.You messed up and you are still the ones who carry on messing it up .Is that how you greet your customers with an rude abrupt automated message wow how clever! NOT!!!I just had one of the customers calling and she was not impressed with your way of greeting and by the looks of other reviews you really messed up.Try to do something to improve instead of not very smart ways you think are smartof doing.

What an absolute joke your service is ,absolutely disgusted about your driver who cancelled the boking intentionately.We are using you all times and i do believe your drivers know where to come but today your driver pretended not to know and instead of parking to the adress he parked down the road and pretended like he doesnt know anything .In our industry same as yours time is important and you just waisted my time and my customers time .Is this how you treat your customers ????????Your drivers should have more training ,all because is traffic and on friday bank holliday perhaps is too much to go 30 mins away.

Terrible compnay to work with don’t even bother to join too much of hassle after joining you are paying 20% commission also paying booking charges and discrimination if you have a car that is more than 7 years old horrible experience working with them glad I have left but for new driver don’t join

Booked a taxi for 14h45 to take my wife to the bus station in Southampton. She had to catch a 15h30 bus to Heathrow airport to fly to South Africa.
The taxi never arrived and after 15 minutes of her standing in the rain, a friend was fortunately able to help out and she only just managed to get the bus in time.
I had just got home from 2 months in hospital so I was unable to drive.
Never again will I use this badly run company.
If there’s a cruise ship in or the boat show is in town, then they are simply not available at all.
Unprofessional and unreliable.

Pre booked taxi from Gatwick Airport to Premier Inn West Quay Southampton 02/11/24 before joining cruise next day. Driver was waiting as we landed helped with luggage and had a very pleasant journey to hotel. On our disembarkation again driver was waiting for us took us to visit friends in East Grinstead another pleasant journey. The communication system is excellent, received a text letting me know car has arrived with car type and reg number. If you ring you can then connect directly to the driver waiting. I would highly recommend Radio Taxis, thank you for making our journey extremely pleasant and stress free.

Booked a return journey from Bassett at 10.30am yesterday for a pickup at 18.30hrs. 18.35 no taxi, went to the tracking facility and it said they were looking for a driver…WTF, surely when you make a reservation it’s a done deal? Eventually got a voice whose lack of interest in our dilemma beggered belief. In anger cancelled both bookings and got un Uber!!!

Booked a taxi today at 4.30pm for collection at 7.30pm currently still waiting!!! Poor service!!! Cancelled now and gone with a reliable firm.

Tried to order a taxi but all of a sudden they stopped doing cash after 10 pm and now I can’t go out and do things at night and is actually not good enough, in this country always changes for the worst and is exactly what’s wrong with the country and when tried and attempted to use the link to pay upfront doesn’t even work even via my WiFi radio taxis not good enough for this and the staff especially Ally she was rather rude and caused me stress is absolutely crap this country and this is one of many reasons and is absolutely appalling !
Safe to say you’ve lost yourself a customer!

Very Poor service , after prepayment, driver asks again for payment that too with extra money. Auto debit has been done without my consent .

Pre booked a taxi weeks in advance and let standing at the roadside waiting to be picked up.
45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time the automated answer phone said it still could not give us an estimated time yet we were watching empty Radio taxi cars drive past us.
Won’t be using them again.

For the upteenth time RT have not been on time to take my mentally disabled daughter to her evening club. Either too early or too late or not turning up at all. This evening, the driver turned up 15 minutes early. Now, at 9.30, she is still waiting for RT booked for 9.00
For a taxi firm to treat a vulnerable adult like this is deplorable. There can be no excuses for this appalling service.

Ordered a taxi for 4 adults and 4 suitcases from Southampton Airport and 1 passenger and case had to find alternative passage home because the car wasn’t big enough !!!
Still charged full price though.
Surely if you order for that amount of people and luggage you should be sent a big enough vehicle - shame on you Radio Taxis - won’t ever use you again

Dulla was great! Very friendly, very professional. My friend boris was very pleased with the service!

Booked this taxi whilst on the red jet high speed ferry from Cowes. I told them the time of arrival. I also told them that train departure time. The driver turned up early. He rang me and I said we were almost in dock. I reiterated the time of the train as I was travelling as a disabled person with my mum. He acknowledged this and said that’s fine. Got off the ferry and he was nowhere to be seen. Lots of cars came and went but not him. I had the painstaking task of going through their automated system again to eventually be told he left as we weren’t there and he would get a ticket if he stayed any longer? I told the lady on the phone that we had actually arrived on time. Apparently he had turned up 10 mins early and had a 10 min drop off before being ticketed? So why didn’t they replace him. Why didn’t he ring the office rather than just leave us abandoned. She sent another taxi which she said was 5 mins away, this turned up 12 minutes later hence to say we missed our train and connections and had to pay more to amend our ticket as it was for that particular train only. 😩 I phoned them and put in a complaint to which they said the office wasn’t open until Monday and they took my number. Needless to say they didn’t call. Left stressed, out of pocket and exhausted before the hours had even begun. They never even apologised. Never again will I use this firm. West Quay Cars used to be fabulous since the merge with Radio Cars it’s gone down hill faster than Eddy the Eagle on a ski jump 👎
