Our driver was so good- early, drove safely, kind and helpful.

Twice their drivers have cancelled on me despite me pre booking because they wanted a better job. Leaving a female customer alone at night on the street. When speaking to operator, they don’t seem to call and was advised just to call back the next day to complain

After being let down by the AA after breaking down after our holiday, the AA arranged a taxi which was Evo the driver was brilliant a pleasant journey home he also stopped for us to use the toilets. Can’t fault him thanks Evo

We used Evo to Gatwick and then back to the hotel. They were very efficient, we only waited 5 minutes at Gatwick. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them for sure. Incidentally, they were £4 cheaper than the taxis at the airport. ( don’t tell them that ! 😊 )

me and four of my friends got a taxi from Brighton to stop at Burgess Hill, haywards heath then Balcombe. this came out to £65.80 which i paid on the app at 11:50pm (our taxi was booked for 3:00am). it’s got the taxi no issues then I got off at Burgess Hill no issues again. but once my other friends got to hay with tea, the taxi driver said that payment had been declined and it was showing on my banking that it has been declined even though it had already gone through when I paid on the app they were now trying to charge 75.50 on top of the money that I had already paid, now the issue isn’t the price I would’ve been fine paying 75.50 from the beginning the problem is they try to charge more money on top of the amount that had already been set and paid for. my friend had to pay the 75.50 in the car when i had already paid.
