Eveything went well except one part that…

Eveything went well except one part that was claimed to be in stock but then took 3 weeks to arrive. Then dont tell me its in stock wtf. I also hate that you need to pay shipping for Returns and having no amount after wich shipping would be free also sucks.

I ordered 2 parts

I ordered 2 parts. One was ok. It fitted well to the description in the rr-shop.
The other part was fool. It is unusable without another part that is not mentioned in the shop. I will have to throw it away without having used it.

Fehlende Teile

Teile die dabei sein sollten fehlten,Antwort vom Verkäufer, er hat nachgeschaut bei seinen wo er noch hat sind sie überall dabei.Vorsicht es wird einem nicht geholfen.

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Ich bin über die einzelnen Schritte informiert worden. Was ich persönlich nicht so gut finde, dass eine Teillieferung erst ab einer bestimmten Summe vorgenommen werden kann.

Sehr schöner Auspuff – optisch ein Highlight und unser Kind ist super glücklich damit. Aber jetzt kommt das große ABER:
Die Montage war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben uns beinahe die Finger gebrochen, weil keinerlei Anbauanleitung dabei ist. Keine Fotos, keine Videoverweise, nichts. Für eine KTM Duke 125 (Bj. 2021) sollte das heutzutage wirklich Standard sein.

Bei einem Preis von 600 € darf man eine vernünftige Anleitung schlicht erwarten. Schade, denn das Produkt selbst wäre eigentlich 5 Sterne wert – aber ohne Montagehilfe gibt’s von uns nur 3 von 5 Sternen.
