Interesting. We have the intention of working on SEO for our website, and of course, a meeting is needed to look into the pricing and the service you guys can do for us. During the meeting, Amit/David keep saying they can only save the price for us for only one (1) day, after that will no longer have the discounted price, since they have a lot of customers waiting to work with.

The fun part is, they keep chasing people after we say we need to discuss it among our team and we need some time to consider. You keep calling and messaging, and even a proposal and invoice you wanna charge us a 99 USD for wasting your time. HEY LOOK! A proposal COST ! Interesting!

Be careful to contact with this company. Our team is just having the idea of migration platform after we do research of SEO or Migrating, we found that it is better to do the migration first, and after we replied to this company, they blamed us DISGUSTING, TIME WASTER, and wanna charge us for sending proposal to us. Keep blaming us through whatsapp. Interesting. We are just wanna on hold the seo part until we have done the migration, and now, will never consider this company.

I am sharing this review based on nearly one year of working with Qtonix as my social media agency.

The content they produced was solid. Each month they shared a planned calendar, took feedback, and revised the posts as requested.

That said, the campaign brought only limited follower growth and no clear lift in sales, so the return on investment was lower than I hoped.

A billing error after cancellation led to two extra charges, but Qtonix processed full refunds and closed the subscription once I raised the issue.

Overall, the team was professional and responsive.

Registered a domain and they kept calling. Even with my info redacted. Last call the agent lied to me when I told them to check whois right now. First saying that they checked whois.or(doesn't exist) and sees my name. Then said whois.com which had all my info redacted. Do not trust people who lie to you right off the bat on a cold call. Their calls come in as "likely spam"

Update: almost a year later they respond to a review. Not with how to help or solve the issue, but blame me for not publicly listing phone number and other info on review, better yet they never asked me to. This is the first response back. Very professional. I guess you should expect the same service from them as their response below. I won't be answering them.

We worked with Qtonix for quite a few years and on various projects and always had a good experience but this time, we had such a terrible experience.
They failed to give updates or send reports, not explaining the issues they were facing until asked to and ultimately just disappearing from Skype chats and not sending the deliverables requesters.
We also asked for a refund for the tasks that were uncompleted but still no answer on that and it has been so long now it's really disappointing.

As the owner, moving through the worry that a company might not be accessible easily to a company located in the US, I was astounded to find that worry uncalled for. 1. 3 months before I signed up with Qtonix for the new design and development of my website. I was astonished that they delivered my website before the timeline and the website design was exactly the way I dreamt of. It was very smooth and the loading speed was very high.

I asked Qtonix to update the content of the front end of my website, as well as fix a few technical issues. I was very impressed with the speed the work was completed and how responsive the team were to my requests. The price was very reasonable too, essential for a small business owner such as myself.

Qtonix hide behind the weboptimizes.com domain to send out spam. They have been constantly spamming me for YEARS - even though I've asked them to stop on multiple occasions. I've just asked for one of their free 'reports' to see what they offer. It was full of errors. They say I need an account on Google+ - only it closed nearly TWO YEARS AGO! They say my site needs to be on the Yahoo directory - it closed OVER SIX YEARS AGO.

Need I say more.

Edit: They say they're no longer associated with weboptimzes. Why then, less than week ago, when I replied to a weboptimzes email, did I get a reply from 'Anna' at Qtonix - SAYING SHE'S FROM QTONIX and linking to their site?!?!?

Edit 2: After challenging/flagging my review, and saying that Qtonix had 'closed their association' with 'weboptimizes.com', I was able to send Trustpilot an email chain from five days earlier showing that Qtonix were very much connected with weboptimizes.com (dated after the reply saying they were no longer connected)! Because of this, Trustpilot have 'verified' my review!
