My name is Mak Muranovic from Art and Tours Sarajevo and we are selling tour packages since 2018. I just want to tell what happened to me and this company Shilabs.

Firstly, if they get your number, they will chase you for months to start business with them with all fake promises. They tell you one price which includes everything, then they ask you how much you will pay more to complete the process.

In the very start of our cooperation they sent me blogs that were AI generated fully and it was easy to discover that. After talking to them, they said sorry, we will get you a blog from a writer. I could not believe what I have experienced.

Furthermore, after spending 2400$ and almost 5 months of work, I received 0$ and no bookings from any customer in the world. They promised that it will take mostly 4 months so that bookings will start. When I asked why it is taking so long, they just replied you need to trust me. So, not professional at all.

And the most important, I received a message on whatsapp from a customer who founded me on Viator, then entered my website and informed that there is no option to book a tour. I was so confused, I entered the website and when you scroll the page down the pictures and content is repeating the same. When I texted them for this issue, they respond it is not our fault.

Please, have in mind they I passed them the C Panel access with username and password, and the website was 3 years healthy before they ruined it. Without the access they cannot post blogs, so no one else was able to destroy the website.

You are probably now asking yourself why I gave 2 stars after this situations with Shilabs, only due to Jasmine, who has been polite.

Working with Shilabs SEO services has been a game-changer for Pure Earth. This company has been in decline now for at least 2 years and has neglected to inform me of recent changes, charges due and so on.
I have now found another site manager here in Europe not only to monitor my web business but also to update and reconstruct my website . Shilabs totally failed to inform me of maintenance charges for almost 2 years, blaming it on the pandemic etc., which is not true.
After receiving a warning from my domain provider I contacted them and they scurried to catch up , overcharging me in the process! They wanted $300 in advance of any updates or changes made and refused to give me my data (username +PW) until I paid them to refresh the site!
I am now with another provider who has now encountered some questionable tampering with my site texts but who has erased them and restored my site to its original state. Of course we will now update and make changes, but thanks to Shilabs I almost lost the ENTIRE website!
And finally, be careful as they do not speak good English here which also proved to be frustrating.
