Recently had my Quartz worktops fitted, my wife and myself absolutely love them! Purple granit saved me over £1000 off my quote from my kitchen supplier! From seeing Laura to choose my worktops, to Aaron coming to template…through to Terry to complete the fitting!! The service was outstanding! From template to fitting was only 3 working days! I can’t express how happy we are with the product and the service! Thank you purple granit.

Excellent choice of quartz and at a competitive price.The templating was done on Monday and fitted Friday.Fast turnaround ,also I was able to see the piece of quartz before it was cut to see how it would look in my new kitchen.From start to finish Purple always keep you updated. Extremely happy with the final result. All the staff from sales to fitters are friendly ,helpful and knowledgeable.I would definitely use them again.

We are over the moon with our new workshops, island and splash back. From the minute we walked into the showroom and spoke to an incredibly knowledgable salesperson Laura, who knew what I wanted down to the product name just from my describing, through to the templating, fabricating and fit we are delighted. The quality of the product is outstanding and exceeded the look we were trying to achieve. Even when things were a little difficult in the middle of the process, due to an issue with the slabs chosen, the solution was found and the situation resolved. The fitters worked tirelessly, they were helpful, professional, hard working and energised throughout the entire 7 hour shift they worked to get it perfect for us! From the minute we walked in to the shop in Worcester, right up to the final fitting of the worktops today, genuinely could not be happier with the overall service. Everything single thing was no problem whatsoever, everything we were told was going to happen happens bang on time. Everyone, right from the customer facing people in the shop, the templates, the fitters, the people on the phones were a pleasure to deal with. And at the end of it…..fantastic worktops

From start to finish the process was very smooth. It was stress free and everything was done for us. We had to rearrange the template date several times and this was never an issue for purple which was very helpful for us. The fitting team was excellent, fitted our new sink with ease and done within 2 hours. We used the express service of 72hrs which is amazing. Thanks to Laura for always being contactable and a port of call from start to finish. Highly recommend

From initial contact to completion what a fantastic service. The whole experience was made easy and the customer service was excellent. We had a person come out to template and then fitter’s follow within a couple of days and they were so helpful, polite and professional a real credit to the company. Great service from start to finish, very good communication friendly staff , brought granite which was not on original choice panel, arranged visit to supplier to see and choose granite which was required fabulous team went the extra mile to get exactly what we wanted. Purple Granite have been brilliant. Our original installer was unable to get our chosen quartz at the last minute and Laura was extremely helpful in finding us something very similar and fitting us into their already busy schedule within our time frame. The communication has been superb from start to finish and we are over the moon with the work to our kitchen and utility room. Would not hesitate to recommend.
