Puffitup has been a pain to deal with, initially I was enticed by the promotions available as I am sure many are, the problems arose in regards to shipping. I ordered a product as a birthday present almost a month before the date needed. They stated on there website that there would be an initial shipping delay which is completely understandable and still left weeks of spare time before I had to give the gift. However, that day came and went and was pushed back another business week, after reaching out multiple times I finally got a hold of customer service and they assured me it would be sent by the date stated if not the next day. Well another business week has passed today is the day of the birthday and I am still without a gift or even a shipping number to give in its place because my package has still not shipped. I was never contacted or even notified about any of the delays and even after reaching out to them there was little to no sympathy or consideration. If you want something even remotely prompt (I’ve had faster shipping ordering directly from China) then I recommend looking at one of their many competitors, it matters not which one as they will probably end up serving you better.

I purchased items on January 6th and still haven't received them. I've reached out numerous times to cancel the order, and still no response. I understand you have shipping delays, but no response, in addition, makes this a terrible experience. Today is January 30th - still no items or reply.

I recently ordered a DrDabber Boost EVO from this company, even though they were experiencing shipping delays at the time I still received my order in just a few days - so points there. It also seemed like a very good deal compared to other vendors - points there.

However I received an original outdated model, meaning I will now need to spend another $100 for an updated adapter and glass attachment for the device to perform as intended.
These early models coming from PuffItUp do not have optimized airflow which has a severe impact on vapor production and will affect the lifespan of the costly atomizer as well.

All in all the ordering experience, speed of shipping and price (kind of) were all great. But if you're considering ordering this specific product from PIU, it will be cheaper and safer to just pay full price directly at Dr Dabber as you will have an up to date model right out of the box.

For the past 6 years i would have given a 5 star rating until now. Sure everything goes great when no problems or issues, NOW MY experience with a 2.5 week old product with defective li-poly battery has been a NEGATIVE -10. The Snarky male customer service rep needs a new job !!! Certainly does not belong in CS. I will update this review as now a female rep is handling my issue. We will see..I suspect as like the other negative on here all goes well until a RETURN or problem arises. Waste of $150..... save yourself the trouble.

UPDATE : DEC 24th 2021 -11:00 am received a call from ZACH ( VERY PROFESSIONAL and Courteous ) six year employee-obviously shows concern for the company and represented what Customer Service SHOULD BE. hopefully resolved - will continue update. Perhaps if those recorded customer service calls are listened to the company can rid itself of the bad apples and become once again the PIU we all once knew. Kudos Zach !!

Product return process was horrendous. Communication took forever to finally receive the return label, and after it was shown delivered, I never received the eligible refund, and they completely stopped responding to my emails for unknown reasons. I had to go thru my credit card company to get the refund.

I initially heard good things about PuffItUp but sadly this experience will be my first & last time shopping with them.

I am so furious! I bought a vape and still haven't received it! It's been months now. The fact that they aren't replying to my e-mails is making me doubt that my order will be delivered.

Nowadays this gradual transition from original cigarettes and tobacco to vapes is really on hype actually. Smokers are ssure that it can ease the harmful consequences of nicotine for their health. I got used to smoke and I also have decided to give up smoking cigarettes and start smoking vapes, because there are lots of tastes and it's much more pleasant to smoke vape. In my opinion, this store is very reliable and responsive, because here you can find any equipment for your device for a quite cheap price. Moreover, there is a big variety of vape liquid, hence you have a choice in tastes.

PUFFITUP has great products of all price range and type at lower prices than competitors. They also offer 20% off of most of their products using a coupon code. You will not find a better price on any of the products they carry elsewhere. They process your order fast and get it to you fast with free shipping. I will definitely use this site again.

I don't make it a practice to write negative reviews, but in this case I am absolutely compelled to. My initial experience was excellent ~ quick shipping, packaged well. But I found my vaporizer to be defective so I immediately contacted them, and they were quick to help with advice and such at that point as well. But that's where the efficiency stopped. I waited for weeks and weeks to receive a return label and actual communication about my situation was delayed and slow, like by weeks. When I finally received a working return label a month and a half after my purchase I sent it out immediately via UPS as per their return label. After waiting a few days I checked the tracking and sure enough it had been delivered back to Puffitup, so i waited again for the process to take place for my refund. After 10 business days I contacted them and the runaround began. They tried to tell me that they did not receive my return (thankfully my tracking number is proof that they did), and they could give me no other information except that they will refund me when they get to it. I was told to email a particular person there who would handle it and I never received a response back from her. At 14 business day I called in again and spoke with a guy who lost his cool on me and told me that they were behind and that they'd get to it when they get to it, and said 'what makes your return more important than the other returns before yours and what should I do, just tell them to go to h*ll?'! Wow!! Common protocol is to go ahead and issue a refund to a customer if the tracking shows it's been received, no questions asked. This company won't last long with their adopted way of treating customers and lackadaisical attention to money owed. I would never ever EVER purchase from this company again. I finally simply contacted my credit card company to dispute the situation because Mr. Losing His Cool eluded to the fact that it could take 3 months before it's handled, no thanks to Puffitup. Be warned if you are thinking about purchasing from this company!!
