I would recommend Psymplicity to everyone stuck on endless pathways and feeling lost and hopeless. The team at Psymplicity are exceptionally trained and make the process stress free. I am sure all of the team of Doctors are great. I recommend Dr Simiyon to anyone. Extraordinary people.

I had my first appointment with Psymplicity in Feb 2024. I contacted them for help with anxiety. The psychiatrist diagnosed ADHD and spent 15 months, 7 appointments at over £200 each time, focussing on this. 15 months later, I still suffer from extreme anxiety and despite asking to be seen by someone else - this offer was made and I was unable to meet the appointment due to an emergency - I have been left a good few grand out of pocket, have tried 2 different ADHD meds, been told to come off medication from other places that was working, and my mental health is now way worse than it's ever been. Go to your GP and wait, because going with Psymplicity does not make things easier, it is not less stressful, it is exceptionally expensive, and like me you may get absolutely nowhere. Legally, I have no leg to stand on. Morally and ethically, I have been done over and my only option is public reviews at this stage.

If you do use them after reading this, be aware that this patient's opinion is Dr Dein believes everything is ADHD and if you say you want more help, you may feel, as this patient did, that she becomes quite hostile and threatens to discontinue your care. Maybe she wasn't hostile, but it's how it felt as a patient, and in this patient's eyes she represents Psymplicity when she is working for them in this role and actively advertised as a part of their team on the website.

I feel like this was a traumatic experience dealing with this company who have left this patient well aware how much profit they have made from him, and how little help he has actually received in return.

Dr Duffett, the admin team and the whole system setup is beyond perfect and my experience with the clinical, admin and senior management team has always been brilliant.

I can’t find one or any reason to complain at all about the services I received from especially from Dr Duffett, he doesn't clock-watch and make you feel like you have to rush your appointment and makes you genuinely feel like a valued, respected patient listening to my concerns, sympathising with my personal circumstances, always making sure that I am evaluated safely and clinically appropriately.

I am very grateful to be under his care. Mr Edward Harvey has always been attentive to any of my questions, concerns or feedback given and gone out of his way to ensure I've nothing less than an outstanding customer experience. The admin team have been excellent also.

I can't fault or provide feedback for improvement because being a patient with Psymplicity for over 5 years I have never felt like just another number but felt like a patient who needs help from a service provider who is attentive and flexible.

I want to pass my sincere gratitude and thankfulness to all of the staff for always giving 110% from the bottom of my heart.

I came to him during a very difficult and unstable period, and from the outset he was calm, professional and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to really listen and understand what was going on, rather than rushing to conclusions.

What stood out most was how carefully and thoughtfully he managed my treatment. Adjustments to medication were made in a measured and considered way, and I always felt safe and fully informed throughout the process. The improvement in my wellbeing has been significant, and I genuinely feel like myself again.

Appointments are easy to arrange and happen quickly, and both medication and letters are processed very efficiently.

I’ve been with them for nearly 8 months now without a single issue.

The pharmacy is fantastic and very quick as well. Medication from them is delivered within 24hrs and the communication with them is easy.

Dr Bieder is always on hand, and the care team are very responsive whenever I need support. Review appointments are always helpful and well organised.

The admin team have been extremely efficient, polite and helpful and the specialist post diagnosis support from Dr Khan has enabled a successful titration of ADHD meds that have already made a significant difference to my everyday life. Having moved around the world with my families rather extensively I have been exposed to many healthcare systems and Drs. Dr Duffet really truly and deeply understands his patients needs and where given their condition things can go awry and goes above and beyond the call of duty to offer his patients calm and empathetic CARE,
coming from
a place of true and compassionate understanding. All of the administrative staff that I have delt with are friendly and understanding of both normal and exceptional requests that arise with appropriate efficiency and dilligence. I am SO grateful to all of you that truly "get" my challenges without judgement but acknowledgement instead, making my life just that needed little bit more manageable. I feel supported and CARED for (again emphasis on the true meaning of CARE) with the medical services you responsibly offer me.
