The simplicity start to finish of getting the appoiment being able to choose who you got seen by and who I thought I would feel comfortable with me .also the weight time from start to finish I couldn’t fault the system and would highly recommend felt safe and understood from start to finish

This company have changed my life. I can't thank them enough. Firstly for my diagnosis, second, the treatment I've received with them, and lastly their overall duty of care, in the fact, that they listen.
I have had a positive experience with them, and cannot thank them enough. It'll be sad to now be on my own without the support, it's quite scary really, but others need help too.

The consultant was approachable made me feel at ease and listened carefully. The final report was comprehensive and showed my consultant had paid close attention to all the information and reports as well as his assessment of me during the interview.

Excellent service very quick and easy to understand your way around.
The specialist I saw was lovely Ian Rowbotham and I got diagnosed at the end of the appointment.
The waiting list for medication is longer but at least I know now what’s going off with me

The company always responds, the people are always attentive and resolve problems. Good response time also means resolving problems. The new person who was assigned to my case was attentive and patient.

Very pleasant & enjoyable experience my accessment was little bit stressful sorting the video call out but got there in the end.

I was apprehensive about the assessment but as soon as it started I felt completely at ease. Free to be me and talk freely without judgement. I felt truly seen and for me it was an uplifting experience overall- I am now able to forgive myself for being so hard with myself and move on with awareness and acceptance of who I am.

I have been shunned away and misdiagnosed for 27 years. I was on a GP waiting list for ADHD assessment for almost 5 years. For the first time in my life, I felt seen, heard and understood. They work quickly and efficiently, providing prompts to support you. The process is very ADHD friendly, the psychiatrist I had (M. Everett) was outstanding and I feel so fortunate to have received this level of care after waiting with other providers for so long. I will recommend them to ANYONE feeling lost in the system.
