Tyres were ready to fit when I arrived , the operator was courteous and friendly and the fitting was done straight away and quickly.

Not booked in as suggested
I rang for a price and organised a time slot to have them fitted for the following Monday afternoon. On that morning I received a phone call to say that they had not been delivered, he could re order and could I go the following day instead. I was unable to make it the following day so her suggested that he order them in and I call to arrange fitting to suit.
I called on the Wednesday to confirm they were in and made a booking appointment for the next day (Thursday) at 12 noon. When I arrived the man serving was very polite but could find no booking and had to register me on the system and take the price I told him I had been quoted.
He suggested around 30-40 minutes to fit them and check tracking and when I arrived back they were fitted satisfactorily.
My issue is that someone seems to have made an error , maybe with not ordering but definitely not booking them in

Excellent customer service.
The team worked to identify the best value tyres for my vehicle and gave me a number of choices of brands/prices. Scheduling the fitting was easy, and they quickly found a time that was convenient for me. The fitting was even quicker than promised. I'm very pleased with the tyres and with the service I received from the team.
